Buying a GMC at an Audi dealership - They can sell anything! As a mom of 2 kids, I was in the market to upgrade to mid-sized SUV that fit at least 7 people. My first experience at a dealership didn't go very well. The salesman scoffed at the price we wanted to pay monthly and told me I won't get into a 7 passenger anything for under $500 a month. After seeing a car we wanted to look at on the web at Audi of Nashua, we went there and Jessica introduced us to Tyler Jones, who took me and my husband on a test drive. He was professional and not pushy. Once we decided on how much to put down and financing we set up a time the same day to meet with Veeral. Veeral is really good at his job as business manager. He was mindful of our time as we had to pick up our little ones. We were out of there in less than an hour with our new car and memories of a really good car buying experience. Andrew greeted us and informed us that the car we had originally wanted to look at was not available. He Immediately followed that by asking us what we wanted out of a car. Working with him, we gave him a narrow idea of what we wanted and he promptly told us he had 3-4 cars on his lot that fit our wants. The Test drive was easy and professional with Andrew showing us newbies the Audi difference. We then decided that the car he recommended was the right one for us at the right price. Finance had us out the door within 30 minutes and my wife LOVES her new (used) Q5. Great team at Audi Nashua. More

He asked questions to determine exactly what we were looking for and our priorities. He was always straight forward and transparent. There was never any intrigue and he cut to the heart of discussion topics. Brian was very knowledgable of the Q7 vehicle and took the time to point out the features of the car. He never rushed during the test drive, when we were deciding to buy the car, and the in-depth demonstration that occurred when we picked up the car. He was very helpful in setting up important functions like pairing our phones, memory seat positions, and picking a few radio presets. Brian was also very diligent in setting up meetings, following up on questions, and being available to answer questions once we had the car for a while. Austin Wheeler filled out all the financial paperwork and worked with us to determine what additional insurances and services we wanted. He was very thorough in explaining the options and ensuring we understood all the terms and conditions. More

I understand the dealers position that my old car would have to go to auction but the offer left me feeling like they couldn’t care less if they gained a new customer.
