A relatively painless experience! Working with Tyler to purchase my new A6 was actually fun. Tyler made it clear from the beginning that there would not be a lot of negotiating. However, I still had to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible and contacted 2 other dealers, who were not as up front. Although it appeared that I was going to go to one of these competitors even after putting down a deposit with Audi Nashua, the competititir sold the car I was interested in (without telling me until much later). In addition, what they “gave” me on the front end they more than tried to make up on the back end. Tyler hung in there with me and even gave me some tips on questions to ask them. I had some care products installed and Tyler offered to pick up and drop off the car, making it more convenient for me. Tyler’s work ethic, customer service, and professionalism was excellent. More

Great Sales team! Managers and Finance team flawed. Jason MacGilvra was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the management does not allow Sales people to negotiate directly, so the Jason MacGilvra was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the management does not allow Sales people to negotiate directly, so there is a lot of running around. Seems like their pricing structure is stuck in the pre-internet age. Negotiating with the manager through the salesperson was insulting. Furthermore, the finance team seemed completely uninterested in selling cars. The finance rep was rude and implied discriminatory lending practices towards veterans. I will be filing a complaint with the Veterans Administration. If it were not for the friendly and helpful demeanor of Jason MacGilvra, there is next to no way I would have bought a car from this dealership. More

We went in looming for an A6 because I wanted more room than what the A4 offers. I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted but Brad showed me an SQ5 that I loved and offered the room I was looking for. Very fun car to drive and the people of Audi Nashua are always available to talk with whenever I have questions. I even accidentally called Brads cell phone the day after I purchased the vehicle and he answered right away and made sure I was happy with the new car. Will definitely be continuing to do business with Audi of Nashua. More

Cathey is extremely knowledgeable, eager to satisfy customer needs/expectations, thorough, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with ... and no high-pressure sales pitch! Travis was open, honest, and fair; you can't ask for more than that. Then there's the dreaded meeting with the Business Manager to complete the transaction -- but it didn't turn our that way. Veeral (Business Manager) was personable, low-key, and professional. He presented us with the usual list of additional services and seemed to sincerely want to meet our needs -- nothing more, no pressure. I never thought I would say this, but it was actually a pleasant experience. Kudos to all! More

The loaner is readily available upon check-in, kept in a temperature controlled room, The amenities if you are waiting are above reproach-big screen tv, computer corrals, complimentary snacks and beverages. Always a warm and friendly atmosphere, regardless of which employee you encounter, I have purchased 6 vehicles from Audi Nashua and have never been disappointed. Patrick Holland, the sales person who has sold me my last three cars-his enthusiasm and knowledge are above reproach, More
