Matt LaBrecque /Austin Review I had been calling the dealership back of forth on the phone for about a week prior to 1/24/19 to setup a time to test drive a Q5 3.0 I had missed I had been calling the dealership back of forth on the phone for about a week prior to 1/24/19 to setup a time to test drive a Q5 3.0 I had missed two appointments for the test drive (working with Caitlyn). On the third one (1/23/19) I was introduced to Matt LaBrecque in sales. First impression of Matt: relaxed and easy going, clam and professional. The typical sales push was not present in his voice or questions. He asked simple things about my visit down to the dealership and the conversation in the car about his life experience was casual as well as humble. Car Prep: the vehicle was completely ready when I arrived. Warmed up, clean, and Matt offered to go over the car prior to leaving the lot. The key to Matt’s approach was his speed: slow and thorough. Making sure I understood only what I needed to know and answering questions I asked. At the end of the test drive I knew I wanted the car. The sales push on Matt’s end was never there. Again: asking simple questions that mattered to me the most (target montly payment) as well as some small details (car care chemicals used by the dealership). Upon both of us (key word was “both”) agreeing on some light terms of what he COULD do for me outside of the finance end of things, we proceeded to close the deal out the following day (1/24/19). We scheduled a time of 1800 for finance where I was introduced to Austin. Matt continued to check my car, remove my plates, get my new car ready while I worked on paper work with Austin. My impression of Austin was the same I had of Matt: relaxed and professional. Taking the time to go slow, and explain things “Barney style” is clutch for getting around the “used car salesman” stigma. Paper work took longer than needed due to my asking questions about all details. Austin was pacient and thorough in the process. Once I had all I needed we shook hands and Matt finished up his details. I want to STRESS the importance of the relaxed sales team here. Had it not been for this approach, I would not have bought the car. Of course Matt wanted the sale, it’s his job. However the customer service was obvious from the get go and he made certain I had all the info I had requested prior to closing out my deal. I asked for some very odd things and he delivered. Matt, Austin, and Caitlyn did an outstanding job to support the dealership and make my experience a possitive one. I love having these kinds of interactions with a business. The Nashua Audi Team deliveres what they promise. More

A relatively painless experience! Working with Tyler to purchase my new A6 was actually fun. Tyler made it clear from the beginning that there would not be a lot of negotiating. However, I still had to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible and contacted 2 other dealers, who were not as up front. Although it appeared that I was going to go to one of these competitors even after putting down a deposit with Audi Nashua, the competititir sold the car I was interested in (without telling me until much later). In addition, what they “gave” me on the front end they more than tried to make up on the back end. Tyler hung in there with me and even gave me some tips on questions to ask them. I had some care products installed and Tyler offered to pick up and drop off the car, making it more convenient for me. Tyler’s work ethic, customer service, and professionalism was excellent. More
