We had done our research and we were connected to Bryan Barnard through the pre-sales team; he was a great match for us. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable about the models we were looking at and gave us a concise overview of the pros and cons of each. We talked about our needs and budget and he went out and found the exact car we wanted, at a great price to boot; because the 2019's had already come out, we got a great price on a 2018. He was also able to walk us through the Q5's advanced technology. It was a great experience overall and I would heartily recommend Bryan and the dealership. More
