The most pleasant car-buying experience ever! I met Patrick while initially beginning the "replace my current car" process which I hate. While the car I test drove "was gone 8 minutes after I left I met Patrick while initially beginning the "replace my current car" process which I hate. While the car I test drove "was gone 8 minutes after I left", Patrick quickly had learned and appreciated my preference in cars and contacted me with another possibility but did not hound me. Fast forward to December, I returned to test drive an A4 manual, Fortunately, Patrick was in that morning and immediately remembered me and my tastes regarding cars. Patrick asked all the important questions (including ones I hadn't thought of) and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and generally fun to work with. There was never pressure for me to purchase a car. Patrick worked with me regarding financing and connected me with Veeral to complete the financing process (which was also remarkably easy!) I am thrilled with my "new to me" Audi and with my latest car-buying experience thanks to Patrick!
