This car was my 22 year dream come true. Brad made it happen with kindness, attentiveness and good communication. He understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to end up, and worked happen with kindness, attentiveness and good communication. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he couldn’t deliver the car to me personally, but he set me up with Jason who was equally impressive. Jason was also very kind and patient. One of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made. I had concerns and Brad made sure they were immediately addressed and made sure I felt confident in my decision. He had a great sense of humor and treated me like a person, more than a potential sale. I would 100% come back and purchase another Audi from him in a heartbeat. I knocked one star off the overall rating as I was not that impressed with the way the finance representative handled my decision to walk in with my own financing in place. More

Came to Audi Nashua to purchase a used A6. The experience was average at best. They do not negotiate on price and the I had to haggle on vehicle I traded in as they low-balled me by $2000 on the estimate. M was average at best. They do not negotiate on price and the I had to haggle on vehicle I traded in as they low-balled me by $2000 on the estimate. Matt was in contact with me constantly however he quickly grew frustrated at me when I had 'too many' questions. He lied to me about being able to remove a dent and a scratch in the car before delivery. Day 6 and I still haven't received my registration for the vehicle dispute paying $200 to have the dealer run it to the RMV. I would definitely not buy another vehicle here. More
