Excellent experience with our salesman Bryan Barnard. When we first arrived at and were introduced to Bryan he was very helpful, friendly, sincere and informative. Showed and allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles. Bryan was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to delivery. Disappointed in the vehicle as it was not clean, at least not to level we would expect to represent Nashua Audi. Had vehicle detailed on our own and it looks fantastic. Waiting to see what our garage says about pock markets and chips in windshield directly in drivers vision. Would have thought dealership would replace the windshield wipers and cabin airfilter as part of prepare for retail sale. Great experience with sales person and others we interacted with at the dealership. Never had to talk with a manager. Will still recommend with some caution on get the basic things done or understood before you sign and drive. Finance man was awesome as well. Personable, knowledgeable and not too pushy. More

They were patient, competent and focused on me - the customer. Once the vehicle was identified, they presented me with a PERFECT deal - one that is fair to the buyer and the seller. While I am reasonably comfortable with technology, at age 75 I have much to learn. Bryan has been patient and helpful in explaining the many new features in my 2020 SQ5. Fair interaction with sales but was let down in other areas Bryan was great to work with. He made the entire process easy. I was pleased that you had the vehicle and spec that I was looking for. I was search Bryan was great to work with. He made the entire process easy. I was pleased that you had the vehicle and spec that I was looking for. I was searching for a Q5, Premium Plus, that was 3 years old or less and with under 50K miles on the odometer. I give Bryan high marks for the way he worked with me. Working through the paperwork with Bryan was extremely easy. If you are truly looking for feedback, two areas left me a little disappointed. Most dealers are willing to commit to $500 or so to fix a small ding or maybe a small tear on a leather seat. I asked if the bumper could be touched up and the answer was...the car is "as is" but we know a local body shop if you want to pay for the repair. For the record, I did not haggle over the price of the car because my research showed that the car was priced fairly. Now that I have to have the bumper resprayed I am not so sure. The second area of concern was the dealer prep. It was atrocious. The car was filthy inside including dog fur and coffee stains on the carpet. The interior surfaces were barely wiped down. The exterior could have used more than a wash. An all-in-one polish really doesn't take much time. It was hard for me to believe that any dealer would let a car go out the door looking like that. It was dark when I picked the car up so I wasn't able to see much. If I picked up the car in the daytime I probably would have said something. For these reasons I can't give Audi Nashua 5 stars. More
