Blatantly lied to in the process of TRYING TO BUY A CAR I test drove a used RS5, reasonably priced and I sat down with Patrick and talked a little bit about numbers. While talking, another sales associate came by and asked if he could take the keys for another customer to test drive the car. Once we discussed that the price was the final price, Patrick said to me, “if I go over there and rip the keys out of their hands do we have a deal?“ I responded, yes. Deal done, I thought. After sitting at the desk for OVER AN HOUR, Colby comes over to tell me that the car has been sold to the other interested party. He also made up several lies about me not being interested enough, waiting to hear on pricing on the warranty, etc, all of which were clearly not true as I had told them that I WAS READY TO PURCHASE THE CAR. There were several other shady things that happened with this dealership, such as advertising a used RS4 for $19,000 only to say that was a "Mistake in advertising" when I called to show interest, lying about other people being first in line, etc. I would stay FAR AWAY from this dealership. I've actually had another dealership lie to me about certain things, but have not left reviews for them because they owned up to the lies and made it right, but Audi Nashua literally will lie to your face. They kept me in the building for 2 hours while another person bought the car that I was ready to purchase to make sure that transaction went through prior to telling me the car was not available... I have been fortunate, in my adult life, to be able to lease/buy various new vehicles and been subjected to the hard line, uninformed salesperson tactics. I’ve actually walked out of many showrooms in tot lease/buy various new vehicles and been subjected to the hard line, uninformed salesperson tactics. I’ve actually walked out of many showrooms in total frustration, only to be chased by the sales manger, yelling “ don’t leave, we can make this work”’ hours after I had arrived!!! My dealings with Brian Gillis and Audi of Nashua have been nothing short of spectacular!!! Brian as offered a great sales experience, his vehicle knowledge is impressive, helping me though the buying process along the way. Not many salesmen have followed up or responded like Brian!!! My first time in an Audi dealership went better than expected. I met John and began laying out what I was looking for, my budget, and my list of “must haves” in a vehicle. Since I had already been online I had narrowed my choices down to an A4 or A6. John listened, never pushed (something I really appreciate), and had me test drive both vehicles to get a better idea of what the Audi experience is all about. I came back a week later with my trade at 3pm on a Saturday and am now the proud owner of a 2017 A4! John and the team stayed after closing to get me into my new car and the entire process was the easiest pain free car buying experience I’ve ever had. Never did I feel pressured or unwelcome. I recommend John to anyone looking to get their first (or second) Audi and look forward to my future car buying experience! More
