Outrageously Overpriced For Nothing You know what's sad? The amount of time/number of excuses it takes Audi Brooklyn service center to return a phone call and say "hello sir, your car is You know what's sad? All this money and time spent on having a luxury brand car but where's the quality service that comes along with it? Unfortunetly, not here in Brooklyn. What makes it okay for your workers to smile in my face, make me wait all this time to bill me $2200 for minor replacements as well as keeping me on the bottom of their priority list? I took in my car the week before Memorial Day and my keys are still not in my hand!! I wish I knew what was taking them so long so I can help out somehow. Only had my car for 8 months and it's been the 5th time back at the service center. I call to check on my car and they keep writing down my phone number saying they'll get back to me. How do you guys have the right to make me wait so long and still charge these prices? If I ever decide to purchase Audi again after these mishaps, I'll go out of state and take my chances. Please work on quality because you're bringing a bad taste to a very good brand of car. More

No way I will ever go back. I made an appointment but the woman I spoke to did not set it up. The service person was friendly and polite but the cashier lady about three feet tall and red hair was not professional friendly or happy to be working on a Saturday. No help whats so ever After I left the dealership with no work done to my car, I contacted the Audi headquarters for help. I explained to them my issues and I was told that After I left the dealership with no work done to my car, I contacted the Audi headquarters for help. I explained to them my issues and I was told that they will get all information from the dealership and contact me back. After going back and forth via email with Christopher Salgot Audi Customer Experience Center he finally tell me that I should get in touch with my insurance adjuster and go through my insurance to fix the issues that I have. He stated that since I informed him that I ran over few pot holes that is not a warranty issue and my insurance should cover that. Well Christopher Salgot I live in NYC and we have a lot of pot holes here and if Audi suspension cant take running over few pot holes then that suspension is horrible. We do not have perfect roads here and I had this issue twice before were the dealership already replaced both front wheel bearing. I just want to let all people know when you go to the Audi Brooklyn with a warranty issue be prepared to get turned away and have nothing done, also if you ever contact the headquarters for help they will do nothing and turn you away. This is my 2nd Audi and its going to be the last one, I will not purchase another Audi if I know the dealership and the Audi will not back me up or take care of the car. More

One shot deal, no customer service Bought a slightly used A6, the day I left I thought the experience was decent and even thought about picking up an A4 few weeks later as my girlfriend Bought a slightly used A6, the day I left I thought the experience was decent and even thought about picking up an A4 few weeks later as my girlfriend is also planning on to purchase a car. The customer service ended there unfortunately, the car I got had a few scratch on front and rear bumpers, it is missing a key, and the badges in the rear trunk lid. The used car manager and sales rep promised it will all be taken care of and they will order the parts necessary to get it done. After the day I left all I heard was excuse on how busy they are and cannot get me the key, touch up paint, badges, etc. After almost a month the sales rep finally said they have the badge and touch up paint for me to pick up, I went over there found the badge they ripped off from another used car that was all scratched up and the touch up paint they probably got off dollar store and was contaminated with a different color, and of course managers are nowhere to be found. Key is still missing. What's even more amazing was as my temp plate was expiring and they did not provide the real plates, I called and ask they told me I owe them another $275 and they will hold my plates hostage until I paid, the finance personnel over charged me on the plates and I was told I am expecting a refund and now they come and ask for more $. They finally sent me the plates after I told them about the paperwork but still did not refund the amount I was overpaid. I thought about getting another car from them the day I left, now not only I will not be dealing with this place again I also discourage anyone purchase a car from them. They DO NOT keep their promises and it is a one shot deal. *EDIT* Dealership representative contacted me on 10/26/2016 and stated my concerns would be resolved. As of today 11/17/2016, no one has contacted me and responded to my requests. Looks like another empty promise. More
