My roof racks!!! I recently visited Audi Brooklyn to purchase my roof rack for my Audi Q5. When I got there they forwarded me to Will. He's a customer service rep but I recently visited Audi Brooklyn to purchase my roof rack for my Audi Q5. When I got there they forwarded me to Will. He's a customer service rep but not a sales person. It was refreshing to see that they had someone there whom was dedicated answering questions and sharing knowledge. He not only installed them for me but let me help so that I can do it on my own. Super easy. Will your the best and I will look into all weather mats you suggested. More
Technology I purchased my car about 6 months ago from Audi Brooklyn. Sadly my sales person no longer works there. I needed to go over my google maps in my new I purchased my car about 6 months ago from Audi Brooklyn. Sadly my sales person no longer works there. I needed to go over my google maps in my new A5. I ended up speaking with Will. Will is the Technology coordinator and can help you with anything in relation to the car. He went through what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it. He gave me a few helpful tips on the car. It's really nice to know that there is someone there dedicated to answering customers questions. No pressure just service. Thanks William. More

Parts department will send you an item that is different than pictures. Got help from a surprising place I never really knew that Audi had a Brooklyn dealer as I usually go to Audi Manhattan. recently purchased a car from Manhattan but nothing was working I never really knew that Audi had a Brooklyn dealer as I usually go to Audi Manhattan. recently purchased a car from Manhattan but nothing was working or connecting and my sales rep was no help. Went to service in Brooklyn and they sent me to the showroom to speak with a gentleman named Will. Will is a technology specialist at the showroom and was SUPER helpful. He not only showed me how to connect to wifi and the audi connect services. He went over all of my questions and displayed features of the car i didn't even know about. It felt like this was truly what he enjoyed doing. The front desk receptionist Vicki was a pleasure as well. I wish I purchased from Audi Brooklyn but certainly next time. More

CPO lies & fraud, CPO lies. My CPO turned out to have damage from the year before I got it. I was shown a clean carfax and ensured that the 300 point inspection would CPO lies. In addition to being told that its 100 % guaranteed that any car sold under the CPO program has not had damage or accidents. This is sad I have Always bought cars in the VW family ( Audi's and VW's) But this has turned me off to them. I was in the market to buy a New car when my car appraisal turned up that a accident occurred in 2014 when i had bought the car CPO in 2015. Cant trust these guys. More

Any question I had was met with attitude, he would always speak over me, never allowing me the chance to finish my statement. The finance manager messed up our contract and was almost reluctant to give us a new one. Things got so bad we had to get their corporate office involved to investigate. More
