They did quickly get to my vehicle to repair it. It just needed a starter. Sadly my ext warranty had expired. I did have 1 free oil change left though. The starter however cost me over $1000.00, for a freaking starter. The part was 270 after the core return. Labor was listed at 2.5 hours. Slightly on the high side but not outrageous. However the total labor charge was 558.22. If you do the math that means the hourly labor charge for Arrigo is 233.29. SERIOUSLY. Is this correct. I get maybe 125 an hour. Then you get hit with the bogus customer supply disposal fee of 64.86. The throw away some dirty rags. xxx? Then if you pay with a credit card they screw you again with a 2.9% fee. THEN when I get back in the truck, it still shows it needs an oil change. Did they simply forget to reset it or did they not change the oil? The service manager took it to the quick lube spot and I heard the distinctive sound.of the oil being pumped in. And of.course the oil on the lipstick was clean but it was also slightly overfilled so I still don't know if the oil was actually changed. Would love someone in management to explain these.items to to make it make sense because as it stands now, this was a rip off and great way to have me look at other brands from here on out. More
