I sincerely hope Dodge calls me after this review because hopefully they can help me resolve the lack of car chargers for our vehicle that we have been promised over and over and not received. My wife and I decided to turn in her car because it was over her miles and wanted an electric vehicle to save on gas. A couple of years ago we leased two cars from Arrigo and wanted to renew our loyalty because of the great experience we received. On the evening of January 17th, we decided to go to Arrigo Dodge. I will never, EVER, purchase a vehicle from there again. I felt dirty after we purchased the vehicle with what we were told were features on the vehicle that turned out to be untrue. We walked in on January 17th trying to purchase a new electric vehicle for my wife. I wanted a new car also, but it wasn't necessary. She was determined on an electric vehicle to save on gas. We were paired with Alexj Morgan. When he initially approached us, he didn't seem very enthusiastic. Probably being a Friday night and had better things to do. But that wasn't going to deter us from what we went there for. We began speaking to him about what we were looking for and he began to help us. We asked him if buying two cars would help with the monthly price and he absolutely said no because of the overage of mileage on my wife's car (Please remember this part) Upon test driving we were told the vehicle model had a phone charger on the middle part. We admittedly didn't check it upon test driving because I didn't think someone would lie to us about something so minute as that. We were told the home charger for the car was in the trunk. Breaks were making a lot of noise and we were told that it's because they were too new. I wanted to look at other cars for myself, which I had already prechecked the inventory. While walking through the lot it began to rain, and Alexj said he felt sick and couldn't look at any more cars. Once we signed the paperwork and hopped into our car, we noticed several things wrong. The fob didn't have any battery. The electric vehicle was not fully charged. The center console part wasn't charging our phones. But most importantly, the home car charger wasn't in the trunk of the car like he had promised. We called him in the car that evening while departing and he told us to come back the next day when we went to return the old car, and he would have the car charger there. He also said that upon arrival they would charge the electric vehicle while we shop for pricing on my car. Remember this is the second car that I wanted to purchase. I liked the car I tested and requested for pricing. I initially did not like the price that they presented me with. I know this is your typical back and forth at a used car dealership. But upon the second presentation of pricing what automatically caught my attention was him saying that buying a second car would help with the pricing. Remember, he said on Friday night that buying a second car wouldn't help me with the pricing on the initial car. I was automatically displeased with this and decided to stop negotiating. We were also told they were out of at home chargers, and it would be in on the following Tuesday, January 21st. Then we got to our car and the car was never placed on the charger. We got a call on January 21st that the charger still hasn't arrived, but it was being shipped by a different dealership and would arrive by the weekend. Remember, we decided to exchange cars full of the sole purpose of having the ability to not spend money on gas. January 21st came and there is still no charger. We were told it would be by January 28th. Last weekend, we received a phone call from Alex that our charger isn't due till February 23rd. I called Arrigo MULTIPLE times to speak to a manager and left two voicemails and 2 messages with the receptionist and no one returned my call. It's not the 3rd of February and we have yet to charge the vehicle, and no one wants to return my calls. I have already opened More
