They lied about a crash screwing up with my alignment. They lied saying that my assistant told them that my truck was pushing to the left before bringing the truck in. They told me for $900 I could add a They lied saying that my assistant told them that my truck was pushing to the left before bringing the truck in. They told me for $900 I could add a control brace to fix the problem. Took it to another shop and they did a proper alignment and told me that whoever worked on your truck last(Arrigo) left the bolts and nuts loose underneath my truck. Horrible service department, they have no clue what they’re doing. More

They gave me the wrong vin, followed up without telling me what was happening, didn’t tell me what I needed to do to fix it and got my license suspended. Contacted the sales man, GM, finance manager and di me what was happening, didn’t tell me what I needed to do to fix it and got my license suspended. Contacted the sales man, GM, finance manager and director via email, phone, and text and everyone has ignored me. My lawyer will now follow up. Stay away. More
