After coming up with a deal that we all agreed on, I signed all of the paperwork and was given a singular key for my preowned 2025 car. I wasn’t comfortable with that and I spoke to the manager who told me he couldn’t do anything about it. I just spent an extra $425 getting a spare key made. I feel like this was us bait and switch and should’ve been upfront about it. More
