After owning multiple Fords for the last few decades, this was my first visit to Arlington Heights Ford. I needed some work done on my 2017 Escape. Wes Tanner and Jerry Hood in the Service Department ans this was my first visit to Arlington Heights Ford. I needed some work done on my 2017 Escape. Wes Tanner and Jerry Hood in the Service Department answered all my questions and were very prompt in returning phone calls. All in all, a positive experience earning a 5-star recommendation. More
