I'm a new Ford owner and this was my first time to dealer for my oil change. The staff was easy to work with. The service department was really busy so it took a bit long for an oil change, tore rotation and for my oil change. The staff was easy to work with. In all the experience was good. When my Ford was analyzed, I was told it needed a fuel injector. O.K... It was also recommended to me that I should get a tune up, spark plugs etc. because the car was getting up there in milage. Im at 68 injector. O.K... It was also recommended to me that I should get a tune up, spark plugs etc. because the car was getting up there in milage. Im at 68,000 miles. I asked the service writer what Ford recommends for spark plugs. He said 60,000 miles. I asked,, are you sure its not 100,000 miles. , and he emphatically replied "60,000". Thats all he said. I believed him. Now I look at my owners manual and it does not say 60,000, it says 100,000. How can he not know this. Was he overly zealous in his duties? c.c. to J.D.Powers.com More
