Terrible Service department. Dropped it off for spark plug replacement and an oil change. 3 weeks later I get told I need a new diesel motor and charged for a diagnostic I never Dropped it off for spark plug replacement and an oil change. 3 weeks later I get told I need a new diesel motor and charged for a diagnostic I never authorized or was informed of.
