The service received was excellent from beginning to end. Due to a conflict, I called the morning of my scheduled appointment to reschedule for another day. The clerk was pleasant and professional in assisting me. When I brought my vehicle in for service, Anthony V. explained what would be done and stated he would call by 3 pm to provide a status update. He also stated there were several cars ahead of me but he would try to get me out the same day. True to his word, he called about 2:45pm to say my car was ready for pick up. The professionalism and service received is first rate, and I highly recommend Arlington Heights Ford for your service needs. More
