John was really helpful he offered to break down service so I didn’t had to do everything at once before that when I came into this dealership no one had offered to break down the service so it would be aff so I didn’t had to do everything at once before that when I came into this dealership no one had offered to break down the service so it would be affordable , they would just tell me hey this what you need to get done in your car and it gonna be around$1,500 but John sit me down and told me this what you need to get done but he told me he knows it can be much to do it at once so he was telling why don’t you tackle this down today and next time you get this one , he was really great we need more people like him working More

The team at Arlington Heights Ford in Illinois are fantastic, including the entire service team. Every person I have interacted with there really cares that I get the best service and am happy with th fantastic, including the entire service team. For this last visit My 2022 Escape had its 20K mile service and all was done well while I waited. Also, in the past, I've used their in-house contracted rental agency for when a prior vehicle was being serviced, not under warranty, and the cost was better than anywhere else I could have gotten around this area. In the past they also diagnosed an intermittent issue with our other Escape, and how they did that was excellent troubleshooting that solved the problem. Thanks for all your great work. More
