Module replacement and general service Brought my car in because the electronic module for the GPS/radio/phone connection was not working properly. Additionally, the car needed its regular Brought my car in because the electronic module for the GPS/radio/phone connection was not working properly. Additionally, the car needed its regular servicing(oil, lube,tire check,etc). This is the third time the module needed to be replaced since I leased the car. Jerry, Wade and Casandra were outstanding in making sure that my car was well taken care of and Mike Kramer(Tech) explained the issues with the modules and had the part ordered and replaced promptly. Carlos(Tech) handled the general maintenance of my car and it's running better than it did before I brought it in for service. More

Quick service for multiple fixes/repairs on my Explorer I took my car in for a recall and while it was there they found multiple things that had gone unnoticed by us. All things that for safety really neede I took my car in for a recall and while it was there they found multiple things that had gone unnoticed by us. All things that for safety really needed to be repaired or replaced. I had dropped my car of at lunch time for an appointment the following day. They started working on my car right away and I had my car back by mid morning the following day. Awesome!!! More

Service recall Great work on the gas tank expansion recall on my 2014 Focus. Just one small glitch. Dominick failed to notice after the software upgrade my clock was Great work on the gas tank expansion recall on my 2014 Focus. Just one small glitch. Dominick failed to notice after the software upgrade my clock was froze. I didn't notice it until I later tries to set the time, couldn't and had to go back. Seems that when this upgrade is applied about 2% of cars experience this problem. Solution was simple totally disconnect the battery, wait, reconnect, and all is well. I can't fault Dominick for this rarely happening problem, and he probably learned something new about the u[grade. PS Also had the works done and all is well. More
