Used QuickLane for an oil change. Not sure who checked me in, but I think it may have been Spiro D. Website read closing at 6p, but when I arrived time on door was 5p. I arrived at ~4:15p. Was checked me in, but I think it may have been Spiro D. Website read closing at 6p, but when I arrived time on door was 5p. I arrived at ~4:15p. Was checked in smoothly and told about an hour. Surprisingly, it took about 30 minutes. This is my sixth (6) new car with AH Ford....even though I moved a bit further away, I still come back for service. Overall, pleased with the AH Ford team.
