Excellent service department. They tried to locate and fix a water leak on the drivers side of my van. Dec 31 2020I was a bit taken back by all the staff in Dec 31 2020 I was a bit taken back by all the staff in the sales area and yet no one could take time to salt the sidewalk in front of the show room Dec 31 2020 I was a bit taken back by all the staff in the sales area and yet no one could take time to salt the sidewalk in front of the show room. My sale person said that he had mentioned the icy conditions to someone earlier, but no response at 11:45. My sales person said it was a crazy week for new sales. I thought it a total lack of consideration not to attend to the customer's safety; yet we all had to mask inside. I am a recent hip replacement patient and a slip and fall would have been serious. I've also been in family business for 50 years and I know how a serious accident could jeopardize many good months sales and profit. I would buy my next vehicle from Arlington Heights Ford, but maybe in the summer. More
