My experience with Arlington Acura was a very pleasant one. Friendly and knowledgeable people. I brought a 2015 Honda Civic in for a battery and was quickly in and out with the bonus of a car wash and dis one. Friendly and knowledgeable people. I went into Arlington Acura after receiving a recall notice (airbag inflator)on my 2002 Acura MDX. I was greeted by service manager Mark Neitzke. He got me checked in right away and explained the servic notice (airbag inflator)on my 2002 Acura MDX. I was greeted by service manager Mark Neitzke. He got me checked in right away and explained the service being done and a completion time. He noticed a piece of tape covering a red light on my dash. He had the service team check for the problem and it was another factory recall for the front left shoulder belt buckle. The part was not in stock and needed to be ordered. Mark called me back to set up the next appointment. Again the service was fast and professional. I'm sold !!! In the future when servicing, or buying a new or used vehicle I am going to Arlington Acura. Great Job !!! More
