I have a 2003 Acura MDX with 168,000 miles. These guys are the absolute best!!! My car has never failed me and on Saturday it failed to start. I called for a tow truck and the driver thought my starter needing replacing. He suggested I take the car to their shop and they could fix it. I decided to have it towed to the dealer even though their shop was much closer. We arrived at the Dealership after the service department closed. The Dealership was incredibly understanding of my situation. They allowed me the keep the car there till today, said call the service department on Monday to discuss the needed repair. They even provided me a loaner so as not to inconvenience me. I called today, spoke with the Service Advisor, who was very reassuring. The problem was a loose wire. They reconnected it, tested the battery, checked the starter, test drove the care, and washed it. All I can say is WOW. I cannot tell you how highly I recommend this dealership. I have a lot of trust and confidence in them. I never feel like I am being overcharged, given inaccurate information or they recommend unnecessary service. They are always polite, curteous and professional. The are extremely customer focused! More
The staff was very patient in laying out my options and I did not feel any time pressure to make a decision. All the staff was exceedingly polite and friendly. I was refered to this dealership by Costco, and was surprised by how easy the transaction was from start to finish. The sales person showed me the invoice of the car and pointed out all the incentives surprised by how easy the transaction was from start to finish. Before I drove off in my new car the delivery manager had explained how to work all the features of my new car and helped me pair my phone. I was in and out in under 2 hours, which was 2 hours quicker than my last purchase. I am loving my new car, with no buyers remorse and will plan to go to this dealership again next time I buy a car or know anyone who is buying a car. More
These guys are slap dicks. I had went in there to buy an Acura RDX and trade in my car. The guy was an ass kisser from the start. I was shopping for a used Lexus at dealership. Although the price was fair, the treatment was poor and sales tactics used were underhanded. I was ready to purchase the vehical, however, I left based on pr the price was fair, the treatment was poor and sales tactics used were underhanded. I will not give a dealership that treats me poorly any business (I purchased the same car at another dealership at a higher price!). I do not expect this type of treatment at an Acura dealership. I will not go back here to purchase a new or used car. More
