This place is filled with salesmen that fulfill the stereotype. I’m going to list only the facts of my dealings with two individuals there: I took my car to my mechanic before purchase. Glad i did stereotype. I’m going to list only the facts of my dealings with two individuals there: I took my car to my mechanic before purchase. Glad i did because there were problems. I screenshot the issues and text to Eric who I was purchasing the vehicle from to discuss. They were supposed to do an oil change which i have this in text the agreement with Eric prior to my purchase. Eric said they would change out the tires from another vehicle. I point blank asked Jared “and the alignment” to which he verbatim stated “they will do it with the tires”. For time saving while signing the documents they said they would take the car to do the tire exchange and “alignment” (which were severe issues on my mechanics finding— bald tires hidden medically on the vehicle which is a safety issue). I walked out to my new vehicle and turned it on only to find they still hadn’t done the oil. I called this out to Eric whose response was “weren’t you going to get an oil change” I said no you were supposed to do it. He seemed to forget we have a text convo which I have saved where he said he would. Please keep in mind they have me signing all these documents without knowing where my vehicle is but assuming they are doing what we verbally agreed to. I came back the next day for oil and prior to my arrival, requested the alignment documentation and informed them that when they put the tires on that the PSI was not registering and it needed reset. After waiting an hour for a simple oil change I questioned Eric why it wasn’t done bc I told him the day prior I needed to be asleep by 12 and gave him a 1.5 hour heads up to my arrival. He told me they didn’t have the oil for my vehicle and they were waiting on it. This seems odd to me because they have plenty of 4Runners on site. Then, the next thing I know is, oh no, I can’t take my vehicle because it was drained of oil, then, the next thing in my vehicle shows up outside all in a matter of minutes of my complaint. In regards to the alignment documentation I had TWO different answers —- Jared ultimately told they would need to set me up for that which means they did not do it and had I not requested the document they would have faulted on our agreement. I think my favorite part about what follows is two emails and a text to Eric and Jared no one was responding to getting my alignment set up. So I actually physically walked into the department to make them fulfill the verbal agreement we had. Now to follow up on the text I sent Eric about when they changed the tires the sensors went off for PSI and needed to be reset Eric stated his friend said they “go off in 3 weeks”. Now at <2 weeks I have a malfunction for the same issue that is directly resulted from them changing the tires. I have emailed and text Eric with no response and emailed Jared with no response. This issue seems to align more with damage they did when the tires were changed. I also was told it was a fleet vehicle but not rental but I found AVIS documents in the car. I was told the interest rates are “staying low” and mine was in the 3% but when i signed magically was 6.5% Verbal agreements are legally binding in the state of Colorado so they legally are bound to fulfill what they told me they would do prior to my signature. It also seems they’ve damaged my vehicle when they were fulfilling the tires agreement but again are avoiding me since I have already signed. So if you buy from them get it in writing and/or record everything they say. Needless to say horrible experience that did not need to happen but they seem less interested in customer service than doing what it takes to put money in their pocket and take advantage of women. I fully plan on filing a complaint. More
Absolutely disgusting how they try and push you and have you waste your time...... Had a cash deal they had a check that they couldn't find, finally found it. Was told before the car could be transferre you waste your time...... Had a cash deal they had a check that they couldn't find, finally found it. Was told before the car could be transferred they had to run me and my wife's credit??? Why it's a cash deal they were already paid...and you still have to run our credit? The bank requested a inspection report they did not have one. Told 3 different things by 2 different people. Don't waste your time, go someplace else. There are plenty of decent car dealerships. More

Placed an order with a deposit for a vehicle. Was told it would arrive December 2021. After months of waiting, it finally arrived in May 2022. Then they decide to sell the car with an $8,000 mark Was told it would arrive December 2021. After months of waiting, it finally arrived in May 2022. Then they decide to sell the car with an $8,000 markup instead of selling it to me. I had to contact them just to get any information from them. They are lying by stating that Kia corporate is preventing them from selling me the car.. More
Dropped off my car for an AC repair. Was told I would get it back in the afternoon. No one contacted me and my messages to the service person went ignored. I ended up without my car and Was told I would get it back in the afternoon. No one contacted me and my messages to the service person went ignored. I ended up without my car and missed an important event. When I called the next morning, I was told it was done and explained my upset. I was sent a link for a Lyft ride which was clearly the wrong one as I was charged for the ride. when I picked up my car the service adviser took no responsibility and clearly did not care. When I reached out to him later about the Lyft charge he argued with me saying that I did something wrong. I have his email and told him I would send photos of what I received though I am sure he will not do anything. I called the service manager and did not receive a call back. Clearly customer service is lacking and respect for the customer is even worse. This seems to be a common theme in the Google reviews. I won't be going back and still plan to get reimbursed for the Lyft charge they were supposed to pay. More
It wasn’t until after we signed all the paperwork and completed the deal that they told us they only had one key for the vehicle we purchased. The associate said he’d check around for the other key but w completed the deal that they told us they only had one key for the vehicle we purchased. The associate said he’d check around for the other key but we never heard back. After 5 days we called again and were told they’d look but I’m sure we’ll never hear back. Pretty shady way to get another $400 out of us for another key. Very disappointing. More
I've never witness more unethical and slimy business practices than when I was getting financing at this dealership. When I realized the scam they'd pulled, I quickly called and they kept putting me of practices than when I was getting financing at this dealership. I've never felt such disrespect and betrayal and dishonesty with this company!!! I purchased a KIA Sportage 2021 from them last year which kind of went sour considering that I had a flat tire the v dishonesty with this company!!! I purchased a KIA Sportage 2021 from them last year which kind of went sour considering that I had a flat tire the very first day I got the Brand-new vehicle and they could NOT help me at all, so I had to go to PEAK KIA in Littleton, to get that taken care of. I dealt with the situation, I moved on. My new Kia Sportage has been attempted to be stolen 3 times so I DO NOT recommend this car to anyone for the fact it is the highest rated stolen car right now!!! (And I am a Kia baby) I have stood behind Kia for many years I've never had any other vehicle but Kia, because of the recent car theft, I decided to trade this one in and go for a better grade model with KIA, So I had my vehicle towed to the service department at Arapahoe Kia to try them again because I'm loyal. Edward did his best, but he is not completely knowledgeable of what really needs to happen in order to get a sale done (bless his heart) he was so sweet but after that it just went down hill!. I left 4 recorded messages for Kirk Price to call me back, I left another message for Chelsea, to call me back she did not call me back, she sent me a text saying she was too busy and and I needed to deal with someone else. I called and left another message for Kirk Price, again he never returned my calls! I called the office asking many times to speak to different managers and nobody seems to be able to help me because they all want to run from the situation. I Do not recommend this store EVER!!! I will NEVER bring my business back here and I will make sure that everybody knows to not go here, you ruined the chances with a lifetime Kia person and I will make sure that "you're so busy" is not so busy anymore! Spoke with Arapahoe Kia salesman C. Wilson on 2/10/22 re a 2022 KIA EV6 (Vin 30864), and I put a $500 deposit on the car the same day after he said it would be sold to me at MSRP plus s Wilson on 2/10/22 re a 2022 KIA EV6 (Vin 30864), and I put a $500 deposit on the car the same day after he said it would be sold to me at MSRP plus standard dealer fee of $700. The vehicle was set to be delivered to the store on or about 2/24/22. On 2/12/22, I emailed Charlie due to issues I had read about where auto dealers were adding markups to cars after receiving customer deposits and wanted to confirm in writing with him that the car would be sold to me at MSRP plus dealer fee. He wrote back, "Thanks for your email. Yes, this EV Wind is held in your name at MSRP. So, it will be MSRP plus the dealer fee and taxes when it arrives here in about 10-14 days." I was near the store on 2/19/22 and stopped in to talk with Charlie and look at other EV6s that had already arrived at the store. Charlie then told me that his management had informed him that they were going to add $1,000 to the MSRP for my vehicle - regardless of our prior agreement. I then spoke with Sales Mgr. Mike Lubash who said that no matter my prior verbal and emailed agreement and $500 deposit for the vehicle at MSRP, the dealer would require me to pay an additional $1,000 over MSRP if I wanted the vehicle. I explained I had never stepped foot in a Kia dealership before, and this was certainly a horrible way to treat a first time Kia buyer - he did not care and was insistent that I pay the extra $1,000 or not buy the car, and even told me I didn't have a "contract" to purchase the car at MSRP, as if their verbal and emailed agreement was worthless - which ultimately it was (be aware). I told him I would not be buying the car or any other Kia for that matter. He really did not care in the slightest and only wanted the extra $1,000, and said that the Kia Dealership Mgr. C. Goodgain supported his decision to ask for the extra $1,000 regardless of me having a prior verbal and emailed agreement to purchase the car at MSRP. Funny thing is he tried to convince me the extra 1k was to cover an EV charger cord that I did not want, ask for, need, and it was not referenced in anyway in the car's window sticker. (I currently own an EV and don't need their 1k charger cord.) Plus the window stickers on the EV6s in their showroom now show a 1k "Denver Market Adjustment" and do not mention anything about an EV charger cord. Plus you can buy one for $200 if you really wanted/need one. Sounded a lot like adding "undercoating" or "pinstriping" to cars that buyers don't want or ask for. As for EVs – I’ll stick with Tesla and the other more reputable dealers who actually care about their customer’s buying experience and not draining every dollar out of them in a very dishonest way. The new/used car market will go back to the way it was prior to the current environment, and we customers will all remember which dealers took advantage of buyers in dishonest ways and those that remembered how to treat people fairly.
