Arapahoe Kia had the biggest selection of Carnivals in the Denver area. The first time we went in it was a wait of 15-20 mins to get someone to help us. Other dealers do offer maintenance incentives. We will probably start our maintenance at a local shop vs Arapahoe Kia. More

Had an appointment at 1:30 pm for an oil change. The car was not pulled back to do the oil change until 2:15 pm. The oil change was over $100. I waited and the car was not complete until 3:30 pm. We bought a 2024 Kia EV9 three weeks ago, working with Evan. The search started out with phone conversations, asking about their Costco deal, then setting up time for a test drive....leading to a lease o Evan. Evan was terrific to work with, keeping us updated along the way during the almost full day process....even offered us a sandwich (they had ordered in for employees) since we were there through lunch. We received our trade in value quickly and they had the color we wanted. My husband was not there and had questions so Evan took time to speak with him over the phone. Also, I got to take the car home, collected my husband's signatures and returned to drop off the paperwork. They made it work for us so we could take the car home the same day. Chelsea in Finance was also good to work with, outlining all the lease specifics clearly. We would definitely buy from Arapahoe Kia and Evan again! More
