Took my telluride in for service of the driver memory seat. Seat did not remember the saved positions. Technician said that the behavior that I was experiencing was correct, that the seat is supposed t seat. Seat did not remember the saved positions. Technician said that the behavior that I was experiencing was correct, that the seat is supposed to to that. They kept it overnight and said that the memory was working just fine. Stopped at another dealership and a new technician reset the seat computer in 2 minutes. It's one thing to not know what the real problem is, but it's disgraceful to make up a story and sell it to a customer. More
