You should probably let your customers know wait times as they make APPOINTMENTS so that they can make arrangements to get back to their office which is highly doubtful it’s within 11 miles of your service department. What’s the point of making an appointment that I still have to sit around for two hours? But I’m really happy you’re responding to the loaner issue when I’m still missing all of my air valve caps and I still don’t even know when my next oil change is gonna be because you forgot to put a sticker on my car. Which is quite frankly the bare minimum. Priorities. Right. I’ll go to another Kia.
