I purchased a a brand new Kia sportage hybrid in July. Two days later the car had died completely. I had purchased a lemon. The sales managers and sales team were awful. They could not have cared less that they sold me a lemon and offered little to no help. Throughout the multiple times I returned to the dealership, everyone was incredibly rude, as if I was wasting their time. They took no responsibility for having sold me a defective vehicle. The service team however was wonderful. They had my car in service for 6 weeks attempting to determine the cause and fix the problems. Thankfully Kia manufacturer agreed to the buy back of my car while it was still in service. I do not recommend ARAPAHOE Kia to anyone! More
