Bought a new Seltos on 4/11/24. Discussed all of the usual additional coverage crap that all the dealers push to get as much as possible out of the sale. The Finance Manager Derrick Pete, finally got down to the bottom dollar price for me like I asked him to, for 2 coverage items that he felt were most important and that I was interested in. The first was the Service contract plan and the second was the Mag/Windshield plan. Derrick had drawn parenthesis/brackets around both items and wrote $2811.00 on the paperwork. I then asked him if that amount would just be added to the price of the car and he said yes, which I agreed to. The next morning after looking over everything I found that he also added $995.00 for just the Mag/Windshield coverage. That number was never ever mentioned or wrote down on any paperwork me or my Wife were looking over. I was COMPLETLEY lead to believe that the $2811 was for both. I called Derrick and told him that he had completely snuck in the $995.00 on me but of course he denied it and apologized. I guess the bottom line is that is why this Dealership (Arapahoe Kia) has hundreds of 1 star reviews and why people hate buying cars from dealers. I told Derrick that I would never buy another car from them nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. But they will still sell thousands of cars so why would they care about scamming one more person. More

My Kia was due for oil change, so I drove-in w/o appt. I have tried to make an appt. but the website was a pain! Constant popups & hard to use, don't like working with the phone people, just more confus I have tried to make an appt. but the website was a pain! The Service Mgr. was prompt to setup the service, and I was advised of completion 10 minutes before it was done, and it was done w/in 1 hour. The $93 cost seemed high, compared to the same service last year at $65, but I paid it ok & the complimentary wash looked great. I had to sign 3 copies of forms with multiple pages each, too much to even try to read with a Service person waiting for me, and I only got 1 page as a receipt. No-one offered to review the service when done. Just pay & go... When I got home and opened the hood, the engine coolant was still on the "LOW" mark! The next day I returned & showed the Service Mgr., & he immediately got a jug of coolant and filled the container. Problem corrected & no cost. Just an inconvenience for me to drive back another 20 miles & 1+ hour wasted. I bought my car at Arapahoe Kia because it is close to me, & I want to do business there, but I get better service at other Kia dealers. When it was time to replace the Clutch Actuator fluid, I came to Arapahoe Kia & no-one had even heard of that service, so I went to another dealer & they knew about it & had the equipment to do it.
