Salesperson Seth was great. I feel that Finance manager Derrick was vague or deceptive by not discussing that dealership provides 12-month powertrain warranty to sell me a serv I feel that Finance manager Derrick was vague or deceptive by not discussing that dealership provides 12-month powertrain warranty to sell me a service contract. A week after buying, the finance manager told me that the service contracts can't be cancelled. So, I contacted warranty company directly to do so. Still waiting for resolution on this issue. More
