I did not have the positive experience that I expected at the dealership yesterday. I went in to buy out my lease and was told that all the numbers would be ready for me and we would be in and out in an hou the dealership yesterday. I went in to buy out my lease and was told that all the numbers would be ready for me and we would be in and out in an hour. When I arrived with toddler in tow, none of the numbers were ready and an hour and a half later I was still asking. We missed my little ones mother's day brunch at her school. Almost 3 hours later we were able to leave. I was very dissatisfied with the front end of this experience and hope to not have to work with these employees again. On the back end, and filing out the financing paperwork once I could see some actual numbers, it was a fast, super friendly and understanding. More

Arapaho Kia is the only place I’ll buy my vehicles from, despite having various options in Colorado Springs. The staff is excellent, willing to work with you if anything comes up, and Jim Mullins is not onl despite having various options in Colorado Springs.
