MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A ARMADA AND A TITAN IN AUGUST OF 2006 FROM ANCIRA NISSAN AND WERE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. WE WERE ROLLING A GOOD AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE EQUITY INTO OUR "NEW VEHICLES" AND STILL WALKED OU OF 2006 FROM ANCIRA NISSAN AND WERE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. WE WERE ROLLING A GOOD AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE EQUITY INTO OUR "NEW VEHICLES" AND STILL WALKED OUT PAYING LESS THAN WHAT WE HAD IN MIND AS AN EXCEPTABLE PAYMENT. WE RECENTLY RETURNED JUST TO LOOK SINCE THE WARRANTY HAD RUN OUT ON OUR ARMADA, AND WERE GREETED BY A GENTLE MAN WITH A LARGE SMILE AND A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. "SIPPY" (OUR SALESMAN)BECAME AN INSTANT MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY. HE WORKED HIS TAIL OFF TRYING TO ACCOMADATE ME (SINCE THE ARMADA WAS MY VEHICLE). AS MANY MAY KNOW, WOMEN CHANGE THEIR MINDS QUICKLY, AND I AM A PRO AT THAT. SIPPY WAS GREAT, WE STARTED LOOKING AT A MURANO AND THEN AN ALTIMA AND A MAXIMA AND I WOULD HAVE CHANGED MY MIND A FEW MORE TIMES, BUT SIPPY BROUGHT ME TO A MAXIMA THAT I INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH. I AM DRIVING TODAY AND LOVE IT MORE!!!! THERE ARE NOT WORDS GOOD ENOUGH TO DESCRIBE THE SALES STAFF, THE SERVICE STAFF OR THE FINANCE STAFF. MY HUSBAND AND I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO LOOK AT VEHICLES AND BELIEVE ME THERE ARE PLENTY OF DEALERSHIPS IN SAN ANTONIO BETWEEN OUR HOME AND ANCIRA NISSAN. I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima,I live in Laredo Texas and did the drive to San Antonio because of the great things we had heard about the Ancira company. Ancira Nissan staff are truly excellent in customer service!! This is my second experience having previously purchased my first Armada also from Ancira Nissan. My sells people Anna and Yogin treated me the way I feel everyone would like to be treated when purchasing a vehicle. From the second I was greeted to the second I took deliver everyone involved knew how to take care of me, the consumer. I highly recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle visit Ancira Nissan to experience what I did. I have been purchasing cars for over 15 years; I have never experienced total customer care as I did at Ancira Nissan. My entire transaction took less than 2 hours.
