I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima,I live in Laredo Texas and did the drive to San Antonio because of the great things we had heard about the Ancira company. We had shopped for some months now and have visited several dealerships in our area. We always left with a sour taste, but thanks to Ancira Nissan my view of dealers has changed completely. Ancira Nissan staff are truly excellent in customer service!! This is my second experience having previously purchased my first Armada also from Ancira Nissan. My sells people Anna and Yogin treated me the way I feel everyone would like to be treated when purchasing a vehicle. From the second I was greeted to the second I took deliver everyone involved knew how to take care of me, the consumer. I highly recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle visit Ancira Nissan to experience what I did. I have been purchasing cars for over 15 years; I have never experienced total customer care as I did at Ancira Nissan. My entire transaction took less than 2 hours. Let me give you a little background. My Wife and I were both looking at trading in our vehicles and purchasing two new ones from your Ancira Nissan on 1-10 in San Antonio, TX. I was looking to purchase a both looking at trading in our vehicles and purchasing two new ones from your Ancira Nissan on 1-10 in San Antonio, TX. I was looking to purchase a 2011 Altima 2.5 SL for myself and trading in my 2006 Infiniti M35s. My wife had settled on a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder “Silver” and trading in her 2009 Honda Odyssey EX-L DVD RES / Navi. I visited many dealerships and settled on dealing with Ancira Nissan and “Ana”. Ana did a great job showing us the vehicles and guiding us in the right direction to find the right car for us. Over the past few weeks we had exhaustingly shopped for Jeep, 4Runner, Honda Pilot, Chevy Traverse… but the Nissan Pathfinder kept filling our needs. As for my car we had looked at Camry, Avalon, Corolla, Accord, Civic, G25, Malibu, and Cruze but had again settled on Nissan with the Altima. Today 7/10/11 we went down to Ancira Nissan to have my Infiniti M35s w/ Navigation appraised and possibly make the deal on my Altima. Ana took the car to her appraisal dept and commented on what great condition was car was in for being 5.5 yrs old. I agreed since I have taken meticulous care of it since I purchased it from Gunn Infiniti her in town 2 yrs ago. After a while she came and met with us and gave us trade in numbers of $14,000… This is where is gets ugly. I was insulted. I told her that the numbers she is showing me are embarrassing and insulting... the KBB trade in value of this car is $16,900 in “average” condition. There are two small hail dents that are barely noticeable and everything else is immaculate. I told her I need a fair price. She told me her manager David Roth said that’s all the vehicle is worth. I said “you are going to sell that car for $19,000+ as it stands right this second… not even needing a car wash…. and you’re trying to tell me a fair trade in is $14,000?” “I’m going to leave and you’re going to lose 2 (what she had called previously “Prime Inventory”) trades and two brand new car deals because you won’t give me a fair price”… she was very upset and tried to keep us from walking out. Saying that it wasn’t her that David Roth gave those numbers and she isn’t able to override him. I told her we are not going to sit here and waste our time… and we left. On the way out I waved to David to say look what you’re losing as we walked out. When I got to the car I sat for a second and wanted to find out what the David character was really thinking and wanted an explanation on the price he was coming up with is from… When I re-entered the dealership I saw Ana trying to explain the deal she was trying to work and how unfair that price seemed. He wasn’t hearing it. I approached and he stood up. I asked him “I’m coming back to find out what the deal is and why I can’t get a fair price on a car that is cleaner than any other “used” Infiniti on the Gunn Infiniti lot.. He started by saying “first off you don’t ever come to my dealership and call my salesmen names and I can’t believe you said that your embarrassed about the price and called my salesmen a *&@#%#*! and a @%$*#. I looked at Anna and asked her “what in the heck is he talking about and what is his problem?” She explained, or tried to explain, to David that I never called anyone names and just said that price was insulting and embarrassing. He says well I don’t care you can leave… I said I came back here to try and explain to you, assuming as a manager you would like to try and save this deal, what my view of the situation is. Gunn was offering me 16,900 close to 17,000 for this car and you’re telling me $14,000… on top of that I’m buying 2 cars and trading two cars-a great deal for you guys and for us since we were trying to make this a double deal. He said I was a liar and Gunn isn’t offering you that. I told him I had the “check” with the 10 day Gunn guarantee and he didn’t care to see it. I said I came to you guys because I respect Ana’s amazing customer service and you have BOTH cars my wife and I want. He told me your car is covered in hail damage and has over 100,000 miles… I corrected him. There are 2 SMALL hail damage marks on the quarter panel that on “pearl white” are barely noticeable and it has 80,360 miles… if you cared to even look. He said well whatever I don’t care you leave! I told him KBB has this car in AVERAGE condition at $16,900… he said “you can quote KBB all day that’s not what I buy for”. I'm looking for a FAIR deal... I'm not asking for retail, but I'm also not going to let him STEAL my car... I’m not a fool. I told him “you’re willing to lose 2 new car deals and 2 great trade-ins because you have a bad attitude?” He said I don’t care get out!... We left. I had my wife call on the way home and try to explain to Ana how sorry we were that we couldn’t deal with her but her manager just lost the DEAL’S for her today. She agreed and said she couldn’t believe what happened and it was totally uncalled for what he said and how he acted. We agree. David Roth acted like a complete fool and was yelling at me on the showroom floor saying I called people names as Ana was trying to explain to him I did no such thing. He didn’t care. He is a child, a fool and should be terminated. I advised to him I would be writing a letter to corporate and he told me to go ahead no one cares! So here is my letter I hope someone does care. I hope Ernesto Ancira gets to see this… I want to be contacted back and find out if this is how great customers, with pre-approved credit and 2 very nice trade-in’s are treated. I would be happy to show my vehicles to anyone in leadership for Ancira to prove my point. I will also send pictures via email if I am given an address to send them to. I do also want it documented that Ana Ofsdahl did an outstanding job throughout the process showing us cars and giving us great advice. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and an exceptional people person. Ana is the shining star in this terrible experience we had. However, I will never step foot in an Ancira dealership again. And I plan on passing this letter to anyone who will listen. Ancira Nissan looks terrible because of one man…. David Roth. More

We visited this dealer because we found an online price on a car. My wife lived the car and she caked to set an appointment for a test drive. We we liked was that we were 45 minutes late and he was calling us to make sure we were still going. We got there and he had the car ready to go for a test drive with the keys in hand. We test drove it and he made the paper work quick and easy. We ram into some problems with the paper work but he worked his magic and made the process alot quicker. We drive away with car with out any problems thanks to the sales person. If your ever on the pre owned part ask got Ken Parsons, he is a real friendly guy and even my 2 year old son liked him. More
