Our Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. Unfortunately, our printer was not working properly due to the dampness in the air and we were unable to print the specs out on your alignment while we had the vehicle. However, we were able to print them today and have them available for you should you decide you would like to pick them up. Or we could mail them to you, however you prefer. They reflect that the alignment is within specs. The problem is your tires. The tires on your vehicle are not the original tires that come on a Nissan Murano, they are an aftermarket lower end tire, I believe the brand is Kumho. There's a radial pull in the tires and is indicative of this brand tire. The only way to fix it is to replace the tires and realign them. We offered to do this realignment at no charge to you if you replaced the tires. I will go as far as selling you the tires at my cost and will still do the alignment at no charge to you. It is certainly not our intention to have an upset customer and we want to help you. I would recommend that you go with a higher end tire such as Goodyear or Michelin so you don't have this problem in the future. Again, we pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and, contrary to your perception of us, we really do want to try and help you. We just can't do anything until you replace those tires.

I ABSOLUTELY will NOT bring my vehicle back to you, as I told you when we left. We will continue to seek legal advice due to this incident and I will be expecting those specs in the mail soon. Obviously customer service isn't too high on the list if you misled a paying customer in order to cover the mistakes made by one of your shop representatives.

Interestingly enough, my husband, who knows nothing about vehicles, rotated the tires himself and SURPRISE, it drives straight now, something you couldn't manage after rotating them three separate times. And that doesn't even being to cover the fact that you tried to sell us parts that were unnecessary. Did you think I wouldn't find out that what you were saying was a lie (which we found out after consulting another qualified mechanic)? If you want to make amends, refund our money for wasting our time.

Since it is obvious we are not getting anywhere on this issue; and in the Ancira spirit of satisfying our customers; I will gladly refund your money if that will make you happy. $127.93 is not worth the time and effort that you and I are both putting forth on this ordeal. Contrary to your belief, we really do try and take care of our customers. I truly hope this refund will make you happy. We will be applying a credit to the credit card that you used. Sincerely, Ronda French Ancira Nissan VP, General Manager

I still have not received a credit to my credit card. When exactly were you planning on applying this?

Jan 04, 2010 -

Ancira Nissan responded

Your account was credited on 12/29/09. I've been told that credits take longer to process through the credit card companies. I guess that statement holds true if you didn't have it by 12/31. If you've received your statement to pay your bill, just deduct the amount from your total and it will wash out the next month when the credit eventually shows up.

I wanted to take a moment to respond to your DealerRater.com review on your experience at Ancira Nissan. I am truly sorry that you had such a negative and unpleasant experience. I can assure you...that is never our intent, and it is something I never want to hear about. I will bring this situation up in our next sales meeting so that this type of situation is not repeated. I would hope that you'd give us another chance to regain your confidence. You can ask for me at the store any time. Again, I'm sorry this happened and I hope to hear from you.
