Awesome I had a situation where I had a weird smell in my car when the ac was on. I spoke with the service lane manager and she recommended that I replace my I had a situation where I had a weird smell in my car when the ac was on. I spoke with the service lane manager and she recommended that I replace my cabin filter before doing anything else since my car has 17000 miles. Remarkably she was 100% correct and changing my cabin filter was exactly what I needed. Since she was spot on with that I asked her about my wipers since one of them seemed to be dragging. We replaced the wipers and again solved the issue. Holly Buchanan and the AVF service team are amazing she needs to be employee of the year More

When I arrived I was informed that the price quoted was incorrect. Dan stepped in and assisted me. He recommended I look at a recent trade-in as a good vehicle for me to purchase for my daughter. The price was more than I was willing to pay, Dan went and brought in Tony a manager and they worked with me and lowered the price to fit into my price range.
