The doctor appointment was cancelled. The next day I returned to Allan Vigil for a remedy. Heather took charge and got the computers reset. Navigation now works fine. More

Recall on Ford Expedition I drop my vehicle off and it was ready later that afternoon. Peyton was very friendly. When I receive my vehicle back I noticed that my vehicle had a jerking sensation. I’m not sure what happened during my recall but now I am having a transmission issue. I have called the dealership four times and I have yet to Receive a return call. I will be taking my vehicle back to the dealer tomorrow to get my vehicle repaired properly. Ian frustrated because no one has followed up with me and everyone that has answered the phone acts like Peyton is the only one that can assist me. Don’t get me wrong Peyton was very nice and professional, but she seems to be extremely busy. When I dropped off my vehicle she had at least 6 customers standing and waiting on her and there were other service managers sitting at the desk doing nothing. She had to ask a couple of the them to assist her. You would think that they would offer to provide the customers with some assistance since they could clearly see that she was swamped. More

Horrible dealership This was the worst experience of my life. I have always wanted a suv so I decided on ford. It took 5 days to get the car and it was not going good after that. I was finally approved after 6 days. Then they called and said they didn’t have a loan for me that I needed to return the car. xxx. None of this made any sense. Within those 6 days I spoke with over 7 people. None of this was going right. 7 people 6 days and still no loan even though I did all the paper work gave them money. I honestly would tell anyone wanted to go to ford. DONT!!!! Take your time and your money some where it’s going to be appreciated. This is not the place. Marcus was horrible Adrian was horrible. Shed wasn’t the best. Ivanna was good but at the end you have to remember she had a job to do to. I heard about some guy who was supposed to call me names AP but never heard from him either. Amanda is the financial manager but she couldn’t do anything either. I guess. So this is where I am at. Waiting on my down payment to refund, and no vehicle and not one Person said sorry or is taking responsibility for their actions in all this! It’s sad that I have to take my time out and tell other people not to shop it. More

But Mr Omar Johnson showed us a couple of newer trucks & put together a deal for us that fit our budget & we really love the truck we purchased.
