TLDR: Allan Vigil Ford clearly doesn't value their customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the rec customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the recall to replace a clip on an interior trim piece would take 24 - 48 hours when the job should take less than 5 minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient when I'm going on vacation in less than two days. The Service Advisor, Julius Nave, said the truck would be finished 5pm the next day due to my vacation. I called at 5:30 PM the next day and not only did they not complete the recall, they had to order the clip and it may not be here tomorrow either. I'm delaying leaving for my vacation for several hours in hopes that the clip will be on the morning part delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this dealership's service department. Coming from a Jeep I thought their service department was bad but this Ford Dealership is the worst I've been to. I've never had to such a bad experience from a dealership. More

(Lincoln was unrepairable) *We decided to get a new 2024 Lincoln Navigator Reserve 4x4, Infinite Black on Black as before but this time it had more bells & whistles. We included & bought the Premium Care Extended service plans. * Well on our first trip out of town (2-3-2025) was well over 4000 miles and first day on the road a rock flew right into our new windshield and cracked continued across the front from drivers side to passenger side for the entire vacation. So...When we returned from our trip, Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln loaned us a new loaner car, until the repairs were completed, plus change oil & tire rotation on our car. I live nearly an hours drive away and service driver dropped off loaner at my house. Needed that loaner to see doctors and other appointments during those days. I am very pleased that Jennifer took care of us. Thank you Nothing beats great customer service, no matter what year it is. More

It’s convenient and Vincent my service advisor along with Tonya do a solid job for me every time I get in and I get out that’s important. I’m constantly looking forward to going to the Ford dealership I may even have a lunch at their cafeteria it's a first class operation all the way. More
