I am a long time customer. Experiences have been kinda like the "Dow Jones". My fix for this is to go to the same service rep for all services. After a week of no communication on what was going on with my vehicle was an issue. Once that was resolved I and I understood what was going on I was completely satisfied. The service is terrible, not the service rep, but the we’ve got you attitude so just suck it up. An appointment in August resulted in being told that the appointment was not scheduled with the correct ty we’ve got you attitude so just suck it up. An appointment in August resulted in being told that the appointment was not scheduled with the correct type of technician and that there was only one of the techs we needed and the first appointment we could get was October 19. We take the truck in on October 19 and then we were told it would be 24 to 48 hours before the diagnostics would be complete. I called on October 21 since I had not heard from anyone. I did not get the service advisor so I sent a text. It turns out he was off on the 21st but did reply later to say it had not been brought into the shop as of that time but was in line. After not hearing anything still, I sent another text on the 25th. I finally was told that the problem was not what we were told by an independent mechanic and that none of the three issues were covered under warranty or extended warranty. At the same time they noted low pressure in one of the tires and left the dash display on the tire pressure screen. The right rear tire at that time had 15 lbs of pressure and they did not bother to add any air. I’m sure that would have not taken five minutes and wouldn’t have cost you a fortune. I brought the truck to this dealership because that is where it was purchased, but I will never use Allan Vigil Ford again. I would like to say the only satisfactory treatment came from the Service Advisor I was assigned, Briant Barnwell. He acted in a professional manner and was helpful at all times. Just as an added concern, what good did it do to have an appointment when it still took so long? More
