It took me three months to get an appointment. Three months. Then when I got there for the appointment, I was told they might not get to it for 48 hours. I told them what the car needed and the dash board told them what the car needed but they still charged me $165 to tell me what I already knew!!!!! Diagnostic fee. Ridiculous. Didn't have the part either. Got it fixed three days later. Won't go back unless it's an O.E.M. part that I can't get somewhere else. Love the car though. 2016 Lincoln MKX. Good used price, so got it. More

I was not happy today with my service my vehicle was down from 7:30 till 4:00 for a brake job. No one called me to let me know it was ready to be picked up.I also had a tag light bulb replaced and it wa down from 7:30 till 4:00 for a brake job.
