Tried in vain to get honest answers to a vehicle that they have taken in trade. I have been in the business for over 2 decades, and have never experienced such rudeness and evasiveness in all my career. they have taken in trade. I could not get basic answers to tissue, current vehicle status, and how they wanted to proceed. They will not use email, instead desire to con me into visiting the store before I know the basic facts on the vehicle. They want to reduce my negotiating position to one of extreme weakness. If I do not know the statistics and logistics of the vehicle in question than I am at a prime disadvantage. Being in the business I do not expect this treatment. In all fairness I can not recommend this store to the casual buyer. More
I was completely satisfied with the new car acquisition experience. I followed JJ Petrillo to All American Ford following the sale of Lincoln Mercury of Westwood a few years ago. JJ makes the new car acquisition process completely hassle free. This was the seventh deal I have closed with JJ and look forward to closing more in the very near future (another for my wife and a second for our son). JJ goes above and beyond to make the acquisition process run smoothly before, during, and after the deal is made. He helps with the selection of vehicle and whether leasing or buying makes the most sense under the circumstances at a particluar time. JJ is the dedicated, hardworking, and extremely trustworthy. He distinuishes himself from others with great service and offers the best deal he can, the first time and everytime. He tells you where about the websites to check so that you are comfortable that his trade-in, lease payment, or price quote are competitive. He is quick to inform you of all incentives and the right time to buy. Alex Smithlin handled the lease paperwork and Shimon Kada took care of the Sync service. Each of them were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helful. I am completely satisfied with All American's maintenance service. They service all of my family's vehicles - even a non-Ford product which JJ will replace with a Ford in the near future. I highly recommend JJ and All American Ford for sales, leasing, and service. Tom was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was open, honest, and found us the truck we wanted. He was able to get it at our price and we did not have to spend hours there. It was such a quick and easy honest, and found us the truck we wanted. He was able to get it at our price and we did not have to spend hours there. It was such a quick and easy process and we were so happy to walk out with another great vehicle from All American. Everyone was helpful and friendly. When they could not find the exact car we wanted, they got us an even better vehicle with more packages and options, and gave it to us at our original price, not a penny more. We had a great experience at All American and would recommend them to everyone! More

I was referred to Dominick by a friend and I am glad I called him. I spoke with him early one morning and mentioned my husband needed a truck asap and by the end of that same day my husband was driving ou called him. Dominick was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. He kept in contact with me that whole day to make sure he was finding us the exact truck we wanted. He also beat the price that we were quoted from our previous dealership. We highly recommend Dominick at All American Ford in Paramus and we will definitly use him again for future purchases. I visited a bunch of dealerships the past few weeks to find a new vehicle for my wife and 3 kids. My wife and I are 37 years old and (no offense to minivan drivers) can't commit to the van! Anyway, I worked with JJ at All American Ford once before and liked how he presented the vehicles he showed me so I went back. After some honest back and forth regarding pricing (he was very forthcoming and honest- believe me- we can check invoice online) we settled on a used 2009 Tahoe LOADED. READ BELOW UPDATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | UPDATED | UPDATED | UPDATED!!!!!!!!!! The vehicle broke down 4 days into owning it!!!!!!!!!! We thought that maybe it was an intermittent thing and tried to go somewhere on Christmas eve and it broke down. Since it was a holiday, we couldn't get a loaner. I was told that I can't return the vehicle and get a new one (which is a stupid clause in these contracts). I've been without the vehicle for 6 days and still don't have a loaner- MY WIFE IS FREAKING OUT. I was told that the vehicle should be fixed by tomorrow. Stay tuned. Not happy. Nelson the sales manager whom I spoke with also confirmed that there are no returns. Awesome. My wife and three kids will be driving around in a vehicle that broke down 3 days into owning it. They have to do better! I will update this when I am done with this nonsense. I hope that they make us happy. My overall review will be affected BY HOW THIS TURNS OUT. More
I returned my leased 2011 Focus 2 months before to All American. I wasn't looking to lease again but since my daughter was returning on weekends from College we needed another car. I decided to stop by All American Ford one day, arriving, I located my previous salesman of my Focus J.J. Petrillo. JJ is so easy going and very easy to talk too. We checked there inventory, saw something I liked and took a test drive. He was able to beat the price of a different local dealership right off the bat. We agreed and I drove off with a 2012 Ford Fiesta. My daughter is happy and so am I. And as a matter of fact when we returned from the test drive a person of my town was there looking at Explorer's and I suggested he ask for JJ, in which he did. More

This was by far the worst dealership to buy a car from. They advertised a 2010 mustang for a certain price. By the time we got to the dealership not only could they not find the car that they had advertised but non of the employees had ever seen the advertisement. Talk about not having any communication. I went to look at the Mustangs on the lot and the dealer (Boris) knew NOTHING about the car. My boyfriend schooled the dealer on the car. Thats embarrassing. The dealer should know more about the car the the potential buyer. So the next day we decided to buy the car. My grandparents went to put a deposit on the car and called me saying the red car that we had originally priced the car out which was a premium is now $300 more then the black one. The car and price we agreed on was for the red car, now they want to charge more? Long story short we decide to buy the car, the day we get the call we can pick it up I tell the dealer that we will be there at 1 so they could have the car at the dealership ready. I get there, the car still wasn't there and the dealer wasn't there either. 20 minutes later he strolls in after we paid for the car out right with a check and doesn't even say one word to us. I walk to get in my brand new car and it wasn't even cleaned. They didn't even bother to detail it and I had to ask them to do it. More
