I have been leasing my cars from All-American for years. I have known Jon Selman and his wife forever and I truly believe that the top quality of service at the dealership stems from the top down. I have recommended the dealership to many of my friends and they all feel the same way as I do. I have always had the pleasure of dealing with Nelson who has an amazing disposition. I met Billy today and he was so helpful and attentive. I could never think of buying a car from any other dealer!! More

I was referred to Dominick by a friend and I am glad I called him. I spoke with him early one morning and mentioned my husband needed a truck asap and by the end of that same day my husband was driving ou called him. Dominick was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. He kept in contact with me that whole day to make sure he was finding us the exact truck we wanted. He also beat the price that we were quoted from our previous dealership. We highly recommend Dominick at All American Ford in Paramus and we will definitly use him again for future purchases. I visited a bunch of dealerships the past few weeks to find a new vehicle for my wife and 3 kids. My wife and I are 37 years old and (no offense to minivan drivers) can't commit to the van! Anyway, I worked with JJ at All American Ford once before and liked how he presented the vehicles he showed me so I went back. After some honest back and forth regarding pricing (he was very forthcoming and honest- believe me- we can check invoice online) we settled on a used 2009 Tahoe LOADED. READ BELOW UPDATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | UPDATED | UPDATED | UPDATED!!!!!!!!!! The vehicle broke down 4 days into owning it!!!!!!!!!! We thought that maybe it was an intermittent thing and tried to go somewhere on Christmas eve and it broke down. Since it was a holiday, we couldn't get a loaner. I was told that I can't return the vehicle and get a new one (which is a stupid clause in these contracts). I've been without the vehicle for 6 days and still don't have a loaner- MY WIFE IS FREAKING OUT. I was told that the vehicle should be fixed by tomorrow. Stay tuned. Not happy. Nelson the sales manager whom I spoke with also confirmed that there are no returns. Awesome. My wife and three kids will be driving around in a vehicle that broke down 3 days into owning it. They have to do better! I will update this when I am done with this nonsense. I hope that they make us happy. My overall review will be affected BY HOW THIS TURNS OUT. More
I returned my leased 2011 Focus 2 months before to All American. I wasn't looking to lease again but since my daughter was returning on weekends from College we needed another car. I decided to stop by All American Ford one day, arriving, I located my previous salesman of my Focus J.J. Petrillo. JJ is so easy going and very easy to talk too. We checked there inventory, saw something I liked and took a test drive. He was able to beat the price of a different local dealership right off the bat. We agreed and I drove off with a 2012 Ford Fiesta. My daughter is happy and so am I. And as a matter of fact when we returned from the test drive a person of my town was there looking at Explorer's and I suggested he ask for JJ, in which he did. More
JJ was a great salesperson. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay and went above and beyond to explore options and get me a good deal. This was by far the worst dealership to buy a car from. They advertised a 2010 mustang for a certain price. By the time we got to the dealership not only could they not find the car that they had advertise They advertised a 2010 mustang for a certain price. By the time we got to the dealership not only could they not find the car that they had advertised but non of the employees had ever seen the advertisement. Talk about not having any communication. I went to look at the Mustangs on the lot and the dealer (Boris) knew NOTHING about the car. My boyfriend schooled the dealer on the car. Thats embarrassing. The dealer should know more about the car the the potential buyer. So the next day we decided to buy the car. My grandparents went to put a deposit on the car and called me saying the red car that we had originally priced the car out which was a premium is now $300 more then the black one. The car and price we agreed on was for the red car, now they want to charge more? Long story short we decide to buy the car, the day we get the call we can pick it up I tell the dealer that we will be there at 1 so they could have the car at the dealership ready. I get there, the car still wasn't there and the dealer wasn't there either. 20 minutes later he strolls in after we paid for the car out right with a check and doesn't even say one word to us. I walk to get in my brand new car and it wasn't even cleaned. They didn't even bother to detail it and I had to ask them to do it. More

We were there after they closed and he even followed us to the gas station to ensure that we received our complimentary full tank of gas. My experience at this dealership was the best I've had in all my car shopping experiences. I lease my vehicles so I am shopping for cars every 3 years. I have to say that a big component of this experience was attributed to our salesman Deamus Blake. I wasn't looking forward to the car shopping escapade this time around but I have to say dealing with Mr. Blake made the experience enjoyable. He is very professional and most of all down to earth. He was also very knowledgable and insightful. The thing I appreciated most about Mr. Blake is that he wasn't annoyingly pushy like some of the salesman that I have dealt with in the past. I really felt he considered our needs in negotiating the deal. I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family & would especially recommend they see Deamus. More
