I wasn't looking forward to the car shopping escapade this time around but I have to say dealing with Mr. Blake made the experience enjoyable. He is very professional and most of all down to earth. He was also very knowledgable and insightful. The thing I appreciated most about Mr. Blake is that he wasn't annoyingly pushy like some of the salesman that I have dealt with in the past. Hands down, the best car buying experience I have had in my life. These guys know what they are doing, are very straight forward and courteous. Salesman Boris Valencia, attentive, knowledgeable, diligent, and with an awesome demeanor, tracked down the exact vehicle I wanted - a ruby red 2013 Explorer Sport - even thought it wasn't on their lot. I was prepared with the exact pricing I wanted and came in asking for alot on my trade-in. Boris brought in his manager Steve Viruet and the negotiation was very reasonable. Steve spoke and acted like he really wanted my business, unlike so many other dealers who I have dealt with and in the end I got a fair deal on the trade in and a superb price. The final and usually my least favorite step in the car buying process was dealing with the finance office. Instead of being pitched 20 different rust treatments and accessories as I have at other dealers, Alberto Rivero was super efficient, covered the basics with no hard sell and I was out of there in a flash. Finally, as it is a 2013 model tricked out with a lot of technology, they sent me to my new car accompanied a young tech guru who knew and walked me through every aspect of the the electronics, paired my phone to bluetooth and even added my address book into the car system. What else can I say ? I am happy I found All American Ford Paramus on dealerrater and figure I'd return the favor and take the time to give a decent review. More
