These people are really weasels. Took 2005 Ford Escape in for a problem. Told them very specifically that the car had almost 200k miles on it and we didn't want to put a lot of money into it. What imbeciles - they charged us $3000 and never fixed the original problem. Then came back and told us it would cost another $800. I would never buy from them or use them. How they they get away with claiming to be #1 in service is beyond comprehension. Really borders on criminal the way the mislead and gouge there customers. They should be investigated. More
This is my second time purchasing a car from JJ at All American Ford in Paramus. I can honestly say that he made both purchases a relaxing experience. I told him kind of what i wanted with leaving room to change, and he came back right away with a car that was perfect for me, and I signed the papers right then and there. He wasn't only a good dealer, but he treated me like he has known me for years and for that I will always only return to him. He made the purchase stress free. He wasn't pushy like the normal "salesman", he was helpful and gave me another car that is perfect for me. I would only recommend JJ! Thank you for all of your help! More

Their service department is completely shocking! I booked my car in 2 weeks in advance for a safety recall due to a faulty fuel delivery module. I went to drop my car off on the morning and am told they now my car in 2 weeks in advance for a safety recall due to a faulty fuel delivery module. I went to drop my car off on the morning and am told they now need to order the part? They knew I was coming in for 2 weeks and they knew the exact reason why I was coming in, but did not order the part - what type of business are they running there! The service adviser also told me that Ford just uses the words in the safety recall notice to "scare people" and its not that serious. You have to be joking right - no company wants to go through the millions of dollars and bad press for a recall, so it must be serious enough to warrant it. I was told that he would order the part immediately and phone me that afternoon to confirm. After 10 days and still not receiving that call, I phoned another Ford dealership in the area. They ordered the part, phone to confirm they received the part the next day and booked my car in two days later. The biggest irony for me is that I received an email from All American thanking me for bringing my car in for a service and being a loyal customer... (1) You did not service my car because your incompetent service adviser did not order the part even though he confirmed the reason for me bringing the car in when I originally booked it AND (2) I am no longer a loyal customer after this series of events. They may be good for sales, but after that take your business somewhere else for service. *Update: One month later and I have still not received a call from the dealership regarding the part. Just made my 2nd purchase at All American Ford/Paramus, 1st time working with JJ Petrillo. We can honestly say that JJ made the entire experience stress free. I have a 98 Lincoln Town car with 60000 miles in like new condition. A real cream puff. It started stalling at speed or in traffic for no reason. I brought it to my local mechanic who I have used for 30 years and he kept the car for 3-4 months and couldn't find the "bug". I called Schultz Ford in Nanuet to make an appointment and after describing the problem to them they told me due to the age of the car and that someone else had fooled with it they couldn't help me. I drove the car to Haverstraw Ford and pulled in and told them my car was stalling and could I leave it there for them to look at. Wayne, the service manager said sure, we can fix anything. Two weeks later I get a call saying we have 8.5 hours in the car, cant do anything else, when can I pick up the car. WHAT !!!! I wrote to Ford Corporate and asked for help. They said Too bad, so sad, the car is over ten years old and we have no parts so there is nothing we can do. With nowhere to go I started asking around to all my friends and met a bowling buddy who bowled with a guy named Joe Jones who is a master mechanic at Ford somewhere in New Jersey. We called him at home and asked if he was up for a challenge and he so confidently said he can fix anything. I did not pull any punches with him and explained all the problems I had over the last 8 months and he said bring it down, see Jason the service writer, tell him you want me to fix the car. I arrived at noon the next day, met Jason, a great guy, met Joe Jones who said he'd have the car ready tomorrow (I laughed under my breath) and said goodbye. Holy Mackerel, at 10:13 AM the next morning I got a text that said "It's fixed" I texted back "very funny" he texted back "I swear to God", I texted back, "I am very big in my church, it's not nice to use the Lords name in vain." He then called me and told me what he had found and that it was definitely fixed and I could pick it up, the bill was 246.00 I nearly dropped dead. * months of anxiety, hundreds of dollars in diagnostic charges, two other dealers telling me "too bad but we've done all we can, and this guy Joe fixes it in less than 3 hours?!?! No one will ever touch my 6 Fords again except All American Ford and their Ace mechanic, Joe Jones. Thank you, Thank You, Thank You !!!!! More
