I met Al Monteforte, whom was extremely helpful in answering my questions, showing me the cars and never once asking me for my personal information, or demanding I speak to his manager, instead Al was helpful, pleasant and funny, such a pleasure to talk with, I almost forgot I was in a car dealership, rather lunch with an old friend. I left the dealership with a good feeling no stress and no pressure. Al’s winning personality brought me back to him to purchase my 2014 Ford Escape. Al made my purchase a lovely experience, he paid attention to every detail so I didn’t have to. From taking care of my old lease, setting me up with a body shop, handling everything effortlessly for me. My name is Nicki. I came to All American Ford in Paramus by my moms house in September after a bad experience at another dealership in Wayne. I heard a very distinct voice and a chuckle come from the corner by the door and made my way over to John Petrillos desk, who had just come in from outside. (JJ) is what he told me to call him when I approached as he shook my hand. We sat down and he was laid back and pleasant to deal with. We talked a bit about what I wanted and was honest that my configuration may be hard to find. He was eager to find me exactly what I wanted even if we had to special order my car, which is what ended up happening. I was stressed and he calmed me down several times. I knew I was going to have to wait for my car for several weeks but JJ stayed in touch and made sure to keep me posted and excited about my new car on the way. I have had my beautiful Ford Fusion SE 2.0L for 1 week and I am absolutely in love with it. If you want personality x10 and are looking to purchase a Ford in Bergen County, go to JJ. Petrillo.
