My name is Nicki. I came to All American Ford in Paramus by my moms house in September after a bad experience at another dealership in Wayne. As soon as I walked in I was NOT swarmed with representatives ( by my moms house in September after a bad experience at another dealership in Wayne. As soon as I walked in I was NOT swarmed with representatives (which I hate). Most of them were with customers, which gave me a few minutes to look around and settle in. I heard a very distinct voice and a chuckle come from the corner by the door and made my way over to John Petrillos desk, who had just come in from outside. (JJ) is what he told me to call him when I approached as he shook my hand. We sat down and he was laid back and pleasant to deal with. We talked a bit about what I wanted and was honest that my configuration may be hard to find. He was eager to find me exactly what I wanted even if we had to special order my car, which is what ended up happening. I was stressed and he calmed me down several times. I knew I was going to have to wait for my car for several weeks but JJ stayed in touch and made sure to keep me posted and excited about my new car on the way. I have had my beautiful Ford Fusion SE 2.0L for 1 week and I am absolutely in love with it. If you want personality x10 and are looking to purchase a Ford in Bergen County, go to JJ. Petrillo. I look forward to going in to get my plates on this week just because I will get to see JJ with his bigger than life personality. I will recommend you to everyone I know. From the first phone call to pulling out of the lot tonight it was an absolute pleasure to deal with JJ Petrillo. From the minute I met JJ I knew I was going to be well taken care of and not to mention the fact that we are paisanos (from the same towns in Italy). JJ is the best! I went in to turn in my lease and get a new car. When we walked in, JJ remembered us from the last time we were there (even though he wasn't the one I had dealt with). These people are really weasels. Took 2005 Ford Escape in for a problem. Told them very specifically that the car had almost 200k miles on it and we didn't want to put a lot of money into it. What imbeciles - they charged us $3000 and never fixed the original problem. Then came back and told us it would cost another $800. I would never buy from them or use them. How they they get away with claiming to be #1 in service is beyond comprehension. Really borders on criminal the way the mislead and gouge there customers. They should be investigated. More
This is my second time purchasing a car from JJ at All American Ford in Paramus. I can honestly say that he made both purchases a relaxing experience. I told him kind of what i wanted with leaving room to change, and he came back right away with a car that was perfect for me, and I signed the papers right then and there. He wasn't only a good dealer, but he treated me like he has known me for years and for that I will always only return to him. He made the purchase stress free. He wasn't pushy like the normal "salesman", he was helpful and gave me another car that is perfect for me. I would only recommend JJ! Thank you for all of your help! More

Their service department is completely shocking! I booked my car in 2 weeks in advance for a safety recall due to a faulty fuel delivery module. I went to drop my car off on the morning and am told they now my car in 2 weeks in advance for a safety recall due to a faulty fuel delivery module. I went to drop my car off on the morning and am told they now need to order the part? They knew I was coming in for 2 weeks and they knew the exact reason why I was coming in, but did not order the part - what type of business are they running there! The service adviser also told me that Ford just uses the words in the safety recall notice to "scare people" and its not that serious. You have to be joking right - no company wants to go through the millions of dollars and bad press for a recall, so it must be serious enough to warrant it. I was told that he would order the part immediately and phone me that afternoon to confirm. After 10 days and still not receiving that call, I phoned another Ford dealership in the area. They ordered the part, phone to confirm they received the part the next day and booked my car in two days later. The biggest irony for me is that I received an email from All American thanking me for bringing my car in for a service and being a loyal customer... (1) You did not service my car because your incompetent service adviser did not order the part even though he confirmed the reason for me bringing the car in when I originally booked it AND (2) I am no longer a loyal customer after this series of events. They may be good for sales, but after that take your business somewhere else for service. *Update: One month later and I have still not received a call from the dealership regarding the part. So much for customer appreciation and service... More
