I would definitely recommend this dealership. Everyone was so kind and courteous, even ones I wasn't working with directly! My sales consultant Pat Payne listened to what I wanted in a car and what I could afford and made it happen for me. I came in with no intention of leaving with my car that day but after speaking with Pat and Jim Payne, I know I made the right decision by signing those papers! They made me feel important and at home, offering me water, coffee and popcorn. Pat did not try to rush me or pressure me into making a decision I was not ready for, which is hard to come by when shopping for cars. All American Ford in Paramus is a GREAT car buying experience and I highly recommend it. More
All American Ford in Paramus is one of the most disorganized and flat out dishonest car dealerships I have ever encountered. I bought a car 3 weeks ago and they were not even able to organize the disorganized and flat out dishonest car dealerships I have ever encountered. I bought a car 3 weeks ago and they were not even able to organize the plates before the temporary plates expired! When I called to complain about it, the manager promised me that he would get back to me which he did not even bother to do. Both the salesman as well as the manager basically kept telling me that I have to just wait - WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING. So here I am with a brand new car and I am unable to drive it. I was then told that our plates would be there on Monday and that the sales person would "personally go to the DMV" if they were not - only to be told on that they were STILL not ready. He flat out LIED to me. In addition to this, they left out a few documents on signing day, and I was forced to come back to the dealership at a later time. Even on signing day, the purchase document for my car, with my VIN number was listed at double the price. Even signing the documents when we came to pick up the car took over 2 hours when there were no other people in the dealership. I have bought numerous Nissans, a Toyota and an Infiniti in before, and I have NEVER experienced a slower, more frustrating experience. The guys at Ford Paramus are no better than seedy used car salesmen - they will lie to your face and not even apologize when you catch their lies. I would HIGHLY discourage dealing with them. More

The staff at All American Ford provides excellent customer service. They always do what is right and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. The mechanics also do an excellent job, I have d customer service. They always do what is right and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. My husband and I went to this dealership after finding a used Nissan Murano listed on autotrader.com. We called ahead of time to ask if the specific car was still available and we were told that it is. We m used Nissan Murano listed on autotrader.com. When we arrived the specific Murano we wanted was not there, but they had another one they could show us. (More expensive, of course) We were assured that the car was in great shape and that all work had been done already. We agreed to take the car. The only visible defect we were aware of was that the driver's side sun visor needed to be replaced. That same evening my husband was driving the car and discovered that the horn didn't work on the car. We called right away and made an appointment to have it fixed the next morning as we were going away for the weekend. I was assured that as long as I brought it first thing I should be in and out in no time. Unfortunately, I was sitting in the office waiting for over 3 hours before they were done. I chalked it up as a one-time issue and went home. The next day we took the car on our trip. This was a perfect opportunity to break in the car as it was a 100+ mile drive. As we were driving the rear view mirror fell off the windshield. We were able to snap it back in place, and while it was still a little lose we figured we would have the dealership look at it when they get the new visor. Then when we arrived at our destination I noticed that there was smoke coming from the front of the car, by the engine. This worried us both tremendously, but we also knew that we couldn't do anything about it at the moment. When we continued to notice the smoke and a smell after we arrived home on that Sunday (3 days after we purchased the car) we decided to call and make a service appointment. I called the following day and we brought the car in on Monday evening so they could work on in first thing Tues morning. No one contacted us ALL DAY to let us know ANYTHING about the car. Finally my husband called around 4PM and after going between service agents was told that they have to order parts so we can come get the car for now. We waited and waited to hear back and would call without resolution. While we waited a myriad of new things kept going wrong with the car. The rearview fell off again, the service engine (oil change) menu continuously stays open, there is an error light on the RPM dial, and the electric adapter fell out of it's location. This makes us more and more concerned that we were lied to at the dealership and that we in fact were sold a lemon. All the while we were still waiting for "the part" that was ordered. We waited for THREE AND A HALF WEEKS before I called and made a stink about the location of the parts for the car. I was told that "it takes time" and I should understand that the had to get the parts and they have to wait for someone that can work on this type of car etc...Then they said that it would take a few days to fix and when I asked about a rental they originally told me that they couldn't offer us one. They eventually agreed to offer us a rental, and then made an appointment for us to drop off the car and ADDITONAL TEN DAYS after the conversation. So we are now over a MONTH after we first reported the problem and brought it in for resolution. We brought the car in on Monday Dec. 2nd to have all the work completed on the car. On Friday December 13th the service manager called to tell us that they took apart the engine (just then-after 10 days) and will need more time. That the car should be ready by Monday. When pressed he admitted that they had yet to do ANY work on the car up to that point! Today- December 16th they have now had the car for TWO WEEKS. No one called us to let us know any status. My husband called and was told that they found "another leak" and now need to order "another part" so that can take another day or so. I have never dealt with such complete lack of honesty or integrity in my life. There is no reason that they should have this car for this long. We have now had to make a payment on a car that we haven't even had use of during this time and have dealt with nothing but arrogant, inconsiderate people. In fact, when I put a negative review on their Facebook page they had the audacity to call me and ask me to remove it!! I told them that if they are embarrassed by the negative rating, then they shouldn't treat their customers so poorly. All I get is excuses from the service manager about why things aren't done. He loves to tell me that "I" need to understand. This experience has soured my image of Ford completely. I will NEVER buy a Ford and I will ensure to continue to let my colleagues , friends and family know about this experience. More
Our experience at All American Ford in Paramus was amazing! We worked with with Nelson Minier & JJ Petrillo & we couldnt have been happier. Ford is lucky to have them both a part of their team. We are now enjoying our leased 2014 Ford Explorer & look forward to doing business with them again! If anyone we know is looking for a Ford.....we will be sending them to Nelson & JJ without a doubt. More
I went to ford because I had a scratch on my car. Because it is a lease I was concerned. I went in and spoke with Peter trotter and he in turn got Anthony Rubino to come look at my car. They took the car back into service, buffed out the scratch and did not charge me. All the while being very pleasant. They educated me on lease "standards" and I was out in about 45 min. My salesman Curtis noticed I was there and asked if everything was all right with the car. I love this dealership. It's unlike any other car dealer. They are friendly and they treat you like a person. Nothing worse than feeling like a dollar sign. More

These guys are a class act. Always up front, honest and very respectful. They all go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and wants to come back again. Took my Ford Fusion in for a recall on the fuel pump and the service advisor greeted me right away, did not leave me waiting while he passed me several times, as in other service centers, was very polite an the service advisor greeted me right away, did not leave me waiting while he passed me several times, as in other service centers, was very polite and courteous. He kept me informed of the progress made, I did not have to keep calling to find out when my car would be ready. I would definitely recommend this service center to friends and family. More
