Third car purchased here and third great experience. Had the same salesperson Boris Valencia. He was very knowledgeable about Ford products and a pleasure to deal with. They helped me get a great price, without the hassle. They were The General Manager, Dominick Minervini, the Sales manager, Nelson Minier and the Business manager Albert Rivero. When I came in for my scheduled delivery, it was freezing outside.But there was my car was waiting for me all warmed up so my salesperson, Boris could go over the features with me. That made a great buying experience even better. More
After a not so great experience at another Ford dealership, I stopped in on a whim to All American in Paramus and spoke with Al. He was friendly and, I felt, honest with pricing and features avail dealership, I stopped in on a whim to All American in Paramus and spoke with Al. He took the time to speak at length with me about my options and didn't try to sell me on things I did not need. I ended up with a Ford Fusion at a decent price. Al was very friendly and considerate about my time, having me head home to wait while the paperwork was being done. I highly recommend Al Monteforte at All American Ford in Paramus! More

We are two-time winners with JJ Petrillo! We leased a Ford Edge in June 2012 and then came back today to turn in our car and lease a new car. In November, 2013, I had an appointment w/Bryan Strozza. At the appointed time, I was met by a Ms. Saurez, offered water, and told that Mr. Strozza would be "right down". I waited for over 1/2 hour, walked At the appointed time, I was met by a Ms. Saurez, offered water, and told that Mr. Strozza would be "right down". I waited for over 1/2 hour, walked around the dealership (the showroom isn't that big), and Mr. Strozza never showed up...no call, no nothing. I left, and the next 3 days I got calls from several employees (including Mr. Strozza) still trying to get me to come by to look at the Ford I was interested in. I told them all of my experience, they all apologized and promised to get back to me.....nothing. This experience with All American Ford in Paramus completely soured me on the buying experience, and I would never recommend the store to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and inconsiderate treatment are not to be believed. More

Long story and to much to type but feel free to contact me at any time please (973) 420-4022 then i jump thru all the hoops the all American ford minions had MINIONS cause the work in a pack like a pack of wolves as long as they make a sale not caring at all of the customer ( ME ) best interest or financial well being so I feel dope into the deal I got and my experience at Ford is the worst car experience in my life and I am 43 yes old . Then I ask for a second for the pre-owned Infiniti g37x coupe I purchased as a finance , so thru out the deal I asked for key #2 and was told its in the zip up pouch the all the paper work and ownership books are in . When the deal was made I was told that there was no second key and that the will look for it then when it wasn't found that it was a as I'd deal .i am wondering where do the do that at besides fALL AMERICAN FORD IN PARAMUS NJ ! No I am jumping to hoops to fix this matter and every time I do get connected to anyone who would listen they would tell me that the sales person or persons I am trying to reach is a meet , just stepped out or is with another sales deal or person . I left a large number of messages and still haven't heard from anyone , I always given a remote starter I OWE YOU SLIP THAT I CANT EVEN USED UNTIL THE OTHER KEY IS FOUND OR REPLACE . So I'm still waiting for away or person to fix this matter . So I mention to the sales person if the car I just purchased had afuel in it and my sales team mention all their cars leave the lot with a full tank of gas but when I am driving home not happy at all. With my new car cause of my worst experience I just went thru in purchasing anything in my life ! I see the light on the gas meter come on and I now notice the I was driving on an empty tank ! How much more was my purchasing a new car experience was going to get ? Not a happy customer I should be and I am going to do my best for anyone to avoid ever having the experience I had at ALL AMERICAN FORD IN PARAMUS . I am going to write everyone or one who would hear me out about the sales men at ALL AMERICAN FORD IN OARAMUS . Please let me know what would be done about the pack of wolves you have working there . They shouldn't do this to a person who is doing his best to try to get ahead in life and do business with your ford company I am a blogger on Facebook .
