The difference was less than $60 dollars. 2) The length of time it took to complete the process. It took about three and a half hours. I got their at six thirty and I was the last sale that they took at 9pm. I was not done until 9:40pm. More
By far the worst car dealership experience I have ever encountered. I had initially contacted the dealer online when I came across a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I explained I had a trade-in and was atte encountered. I had initially contacted the dealer online when I came across a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I explained I had a trade-in and was attempting to lower my payment. I exchanged the VIN number, mileage, etc. and then spoke over the phone with the internet sales person and asked if the numbers I was thinking of would be feasible. I was put on hold while he "talked to the manager". He came back and said yes, totally feasible - come on in. I stressed I was 2 hours away and didn't want to waste my time as this was the only deal I'd be interested in. He swore up and down he would not waste my time. Upon arriving at the dealer (2 hr+ ride), no one offered to assist me for about 10 minutes as I walked around looking for someone who may be able to help. These were some of the most miserable people I have seen. They clearly did not want to be working there. Finally, I was introduced to the internet sales guy who then handed me off to a salesman. I of course assumed he had briefed the salesman on the situation, but upon sitting down and beginning the discussion, it was clear he had no idea why I was there. Once we got down to the same details I had already discussed over the phone - literally 2 hours prior - he laughed at how impossible the deal was. I politely explained this was already discussed over the phone, and long story short, he called his manager over who then explained the same to me. He called the internet sales guy who then said we had never discussed this pricing. At this point I'm obviously annoyed that I've wasted 2 hours of time, but to top it off, the "sales manager" calls me a liar. I asked to speak with his manager - politely - only to be cursed at and told "there's the door, you can leave" over and over. He then went on to a rant about "I'll just get all the bosses, do you want that?" Wow. Professionalism at its finest. The 2nd manager comes over and instead of apologizing for me being screamed at and cursed at by his subordinate, he tries to "work the deal" for me. He got it down to within $20 more than the original deal over the phone to which I explained we could have just started there rather than having to have you all shout, rant, and rave about me being a "liar". I promptly left at this point as this dealership is not deserving of any business. Best advice: Stay away. No matter how good the deal looks. These are inexperienced, disgruntled salesmen who can't work at a reputable dealer. Their management is no better. More

I WAS DISPLEASED THA I MET MR. CURTIS VILLEAREAL THE LAST DAY OF MY LEASE, I WAS TURNING BACK THE ESCAPE I HAD BEEN DRIVING FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. I WAS DISPLEASED THAT I HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO STRIKE A DEAL FOR A NEW VEHICLE LEASE WITH ANOTHER SALESPERSON, I HAD BEEN BRAND LOYAL ALL MY DRIVING LIFE (MY DAD WORKED AT THE MAHWAH PLANT UNTIL IT CLOSED DOWN) AND LEASE LOYAL THE LAST 9 YEARS. I WAS CHECKING OUT OTHER BRANDS. MR. VILLEAREAL PROBABLY HAD TO HANDLE MY TURN BACK BECAUSE HE WAS AVAILABLE. HE DID NOT ACT LIKE IT WAS A BURDEN AND HE WAS CHEERFUL. AS WE CONCLUDED THE TURN BACK I PUSHED A POST-IT-NOTE ACROSS THE DESK LISTING FEATURES I WAS LOOKING FOR IN A CERTAIN MODEL. WITHOUT FANFARE, DOUBLE TALK OR EQUIVOCATION; HE PUSHED BACK AN ANSWER. MR. VILLEAREAL WAS THE FIRST AUTO SALESPERSON I HAVE EVER MET WHO SEEMED INTERESTED IN AND ACCEPTING OF MY WAY OF CHOOSING A VEHICLE FOR MYSELF. HE DID NOT TREAT ME LIKE A TWIT, NEVER TRIED TO TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD WANT AND DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO MAKE A COMMITMENT. WHAT HE DID DO WAS LISTEN, ASK THOUGHTFUL QUESTIONS AND SAY HE COULD PUT TOGETHER A FAIR DEAL THAT MET MY EXPECTATIONS. HE IN NO WAY INSISTED THAT WE CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION OR MAKE ANY DECISIONS. HE WAS ALMOST SERENE. I DO A LOT OF WRITING ON MANY SUBJECTS FOR A LIVING. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE WRITING ABOUT PUTTING TOGETHER A CAR DEAL USING THE ADJECTIVE 'SERENE'. FOR ME, GOING TO THE CAR DEALERSHIP TO RESEARCH WHAT I WANT/CLOSE A DEAL IS WORSE THAN DENTAL WORK AND I AVOIDED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. MR. VILLEAREAL MADE IT THE CALM, COOL, COLLECTED EXPERIENCE IT SHOULD BE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. CURTIS VILLEAREAL AS THE PERSON TO SEE WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT IN A VEHICLE. ASK FOR HIM BY NAME. I wanted to look at the Edge and he showed me a few models and explained the features and made the buying experience easy and fun. We found my beautiful new edge in the ruby red color I wanted and he worked with me to get me the price I wanted to pay. I am very satisfied with my visit to All American Ford Paramus and would definitely recommend taking a visit to see John "JJ " Petrillo when looking for your next Ford vehicle! More
This is the second vehicle I have leased from JJ, as always he is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always makes the buying process enjoyable. My lease was ending on my fusion sport which JJ sold me always he is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always makes the buying process enjoyable. My lease was ending on my fusion sport which JJ sold me 2 years prior, the car was amazing but since I was looking to upgrade to something bigger JJ showed me the Edge Sport, what a beautiful SUV! Since I was not able to purchase the vehicle that day I ended up having to go in and pick up the vehicle on a day where JJ was away. When I went in to pick the car up I was helped by Curtis, he was very nice and patient with me during the lease end process, and delivery on my new vehicle. Nelson, the sales manager was also very nice and patient and very helpful in getting me to the monthly price I was comfortable paying. Albert the business manager was also very patient and kind as always! Curtis was very knowledgeable in helping me set up my navigation and explaining the features of the sync system. I would absolutely recommend buying or leasing your next car from All American Paramus! More

Just picked up my new ford focus from all American. They did everything I could have asked for and more. Deamus was great and Dominick couldn't have been better. I went to All American to find out all my options on my leased car. Mr. Petrillo gave me a couple of options and took his time to explain each in detail.
