The fact that you are talking about things that happened during the time period of Oasis Ford, is not a reflection of how we operate currently as based on your experience with Mike. Bringing my truck in for recall and holding it for 2 weeks is unacceptable. If I didn’t keep calling it would have even been there longer. That’s an American Ford problem not an Oasis problem. It’s funny between the two dealerships I have been a satisfied customer for almost 20 years. That has changed. Maybe it’s not me !! The fact that you don’t even recognize me as a customer shows how totally inept your dealership has become.
