Walked in looking to buy a Expedition, they saw my current car with a different ford dealer on it and asked why do I go there. I said I lived close by and knew a couple people who worked there (after current car with a different ford dealer on it and asked why do I go there. I said I lived close by and knew a couple people who worked there (after buying there for 12 years) The salesman shut me down and didn't show me anything i requested. I had to walk out. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I live less then 2 miles from this dealership and would rather drive 30 miles to next one. Shame on you. More
