Car was left on ZERO gallons to empty in 20 degree weather after service for ignition coil , i found this out when i attempted to leave dealership and started my car. I as a woman hate going to car dealerships. When he approached me outside he immidiately made me feel comfortable and took me seriously as a buyer. I honestly was only looking and had no intention of buying a car that day. He was so impressive with his knowledge of the Edge and really took the time to explain everything to me. I love my new car. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. Hopefully when I return to purchase my next Ford John Volpe will still be there. More
I was looking for an SUV or a crossover and wasn't sure of which brand or model we wanted. I stopped at Able Ford late on a Friday evening and met Mr. Bill Barton a sales consultant at Able Ford in Old Bri of which brand or model we wanted. I stopped at Able Ford late on a Friday evening and met Mr. Bill Barton a sales consultant at Able Ford in Old Bridge, NJ. He took the time to carefully go over the vehicles available at Ford. I then visited two Chevy dealers and two more Ford dealers all within approximately 30 miles of my home. I even contacted, via email, both Cosco and BJ's which both offer auto purchasing discounts. Two of the dealers I visited particpated in their program. I wasn't impressed with their salesmanship or their final offers. I went back to Able Ford and sat down with Mr. Barton to talk about a Ford Edge. He was most accommodating and professional in his manner. He took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle to both my wife and I. We went home to discuss the matter further and created a list of options and color that we wanted. We brought the list back to Mr. Barton and within 15 minutes he came up with the vehicle and with a good price. I would advise anyone interested in the purchase of a new vehicle to stop by Able Ford, in Old Bridge, NJ and ask for Mr. Bill Barton to discuss what he has to offer. More
At Able Ford I worked with Raz and Bill. I knew going in that I wanted certain specs to be included in my new car. They both worked very hard to make sure the vehicle met my needs. I had many reservations about purchasing a new car. The same old hassle fighting with the salesman, price, interest rates, I had none of that at All American. The Sales manager Mr. Joseph Pedi was quick to answer all my questions and was able to put me at ease with an agreeable payment plan without any of the usual bickering. I have already sent several of my friends to see Mr. Pedi and would have no qualms about sending any of my family members to see Joe for their next new car purchases. In forty years of buying cars this is without a doubt the most pleasant sale manager I ever had the pleasure to work with. I am giving Mr. Joe Pedi my five star rating and he will be the person I go to see for my next automotive purchases. More
One of the worst dealerships I have ever been. I have had 9 cars 5 of which i bought new from dealerships. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The sales person was obnoxious and pompous. Besides out-right lying by the first salesman, the over all experience was like they just didn't care if they sold a car or not. As a customer, I was made to feel like I didn't matter by the constant wait all experience was like they just didn't care if they sold a car or not. As a customer, I was made to feel like I didn't matter by the constant waiting, switching of numbers ($10 here, $10 there), and lack of any recognition on a follow-up visit to the dealership a few days later. If it wasn't for having the exact configuration of the auto I wished to purchase, I would have never done business here. At one point, I was ready to leave & call off the whole deal over a $7 discrepency over the price I was originally quoted. The sales people really need to be trained on customer service, manners, & how to interact with other humans. The only exception was Corey, a sales assistant who helped fill out paperwork after the deal was reached w/ the Sales Manager. He was very friendly, remembered my name on a follow-up visit, and left the only decent impression of the dealership. More
