I had many reservations about purchasing a new car. The same old hassle fighting with the salesman, price, interest rates, I had none of that at All American. The Sales manager Mr. Joseph Pedi was quick to answer all my questions and was able to put me at ease with an agreeable payment plan without any of the usual bickering. I have already sent several of my friends to see Mr. Pedi and would have no qualms about sending any of my family members to see Joe for their next new car purchases. In forty years of buying cars this is without a doubt the most pleasant sale manager I ever had the pleasure to work with. I am giving Mr. Joe Pedi my five star rating and he will be the person I go to see for my next automotive purchases. More
One of the worst dealerships I have ever been. I have had 9 cars 5 of which i bought new from dealerships. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The sales person was obnoxious and pompous. Besides out-right lying by the first salesman, the over all experience was like they just didn't care if they sold a car or not. As a customer, I was made to feel like I didn't matter by the constant wait all experience was like they just didn't care if they sold a car or not. As a customer, I was made to feel like I didn't matter by the constant waiting, switching of numbers ($10 here, $10 there), and lack of any recognition on a follow-up visit to the dealership a few days later. If it wasn't for having the exact configuration of the auto I wished to purchase, I would have never done business here. At one point, I was ready to leave & call off the whole deal over a $7 discrepency over the price I was originally quoted. The sales people really need to be trained on customer service, manners, & how to interact with other humans. The only exception was Corey, a sales assistant who helped fill out paperwork after the deal was reached w/ the Sales Manager. He was very friendly, remembered my name on a follow-up visit, and left the only decent impression of the dealership. More
