Our experience began with All American Subaru & Ford with us interested in a Ford Fusion, used models. We went once on a Saturday when their hours were reported until 6PM, and when we showed up at 5:30 with us interested in a Ford Fusion, used models. We went once on a Saturday when their hours were reported until 6PM, and when we showed up at 5:30 and asked for a test drive, we were told it was too late and they couldn't do it. Additionally, a salesman was never sent to help us and we were left unattended. We left. We even reported we were interested in purchasing a vehicle, and within a short span of time (within days). The second time was atrocious, however. The second time, we went with an intent to look at the Ford Escape and check out used Ford Escapes. The dealer never introduced himself to us but I believe his name was Larry. The whole time, he was giving us attitude and was not courteous. When we said we wanted to purchase an Escape he kept saying "I can sell you an Escape..I can sell you an Escape". I was thinking, obviously you can sell us this car. He never expanded or anything, or had us sit down so we could talk about it. As we were looking around at the cars we could test drive, we'd happen to see something like an Explorer and he'd say "you want that explorer? i can sell you that explorer" and this began to become extremely irritating as he was saying it for every car we happened to glance at, but he would say nothing more. Then we found a Ford Escape to test drive, and we began a test drive. It started with my sister driving the car because it was for her. She enjoyed it, but during the middle of the test drive (I knew the test drive route from the other day) and I indicated to make a right at a certain light, and he said "Don't direct this test drive, this is my test drive. Who do you think you are?" along with a snicker. Then I mentioned I took the test drive 2 days ago and he said "Then what, do you have some sort of short term memory disorder or something?" This was very unprofessional. Then we got back to the dealership and my sister liked the car so she wanted her husband to drive it. We proceed to take the same test drive route, but her husband speeds the car up and brakes hard to test the brakes. The dealer exclaims: "Sir, if you do anything like that again, I will ask you to stop the car, pull over, get out of the car, and find another mode of transport home!" After this, there was an immediate silence and no other words were exchanged until we got back to the dealer. When we got back to the dealer, we got out of the car and walked back to our car and left the dealership, without saying another word to this car dealer. He knew he lost the sale as soon as he made that threat during the test drive. I'd like to add that we'd been to 3 car dealers before this one and performed this hard brake to test out the brakes of other cars and no other dealer even flinched or mentioned it; it is a reasonable thing to test a car's brakes when test driving it, especially in a real-life situation when one must avoid an accident, one would like to know the strength of a car's brakes. Thus, we believe that this particular man at the dealership was out of line and we were very angered. Our message was sent by leaving the dealership in silence. Before the test drive, we had even indicated that if we liked the car, we could buy today if we got a good deal. He lost a sale, and potential future sales. For disclosure, I'd like to add that we also went an additional time in between the two visits mentioned above and we dealt with a man named "Scott" who was very helpful in getting and test driving a Ford Fusion. He was professional and kind, and I had no complaints with him. So the dealership clearly has quality salesmen, I would just try to avoid the man we dealt with. His name was Larry, I believe, but he was somewhat tall (5'10") and bald. I hope this review provides some insight. I'd also like to add that we are an Indian family--I'm not sure if this played any role at all (it certainly should not have, but it's fair info). More
I recently leased a 2011 Ford Edge Ltd. from All American and overall it was an excellent experience. I worked with Chuck Boyle whose professionalism, character, and kindness was appreciated greatly. His kno and overall it was an excellent experience. I worked with Chuck Boyle whose professionalism, character, and kindness was appreciated greatly. His knowledge of the vehicle and patience while explaining the details of the systems were outstanding. He even was kind enough to include my two teenage sons in the discussion. This is the 3rd vehicle leased through this dealer now and I have worked with Chuck on two of those occasions. Certainly, if Chuck Boyle is still working at All-American in 3 yrs, I will be there a 4th time. (And by then, I'll have two children who will be ready for vehicles!) I know that I can call Chuck with any questions, and he will be there to help me. Also, all staff members I came in contact with were wonderful. The finance mgr. we signed the final papers with was courteous, friendly and professional. More

I was car shopping as a woman, and I figured it wouldn't go very well, and they proved me right. I went to the dealership with my brother and father, and even though the salesperson knew I was going to be go very well, and they proved me right. I went to the dealership with my brother and father, and even though the salesperson knew I was going to be buying the car, he barely spoke to me and instead spoke to the guys. He even asked my brother what color vehicle I was looking for instead of asking me. Unfortunately, I liked a vehicle there, and the salesperson couldn't even explain certain features to me. He ignored all of my concerns. The buying process took over five hours! It was a terrible experience because it was so poorly organized. Although I called ahead of time, none of the paperwork had been started. I was there past closing. My only ride home was the new vehicle, and by the time I got to it and started it up to go, all the salespeople had left for the night. That is when I realized that they hadn't even given me a full tank of gas. Unfortunately, I didn't have a camera to take a picture to prove it. Overall, I regret even stepping foot on the lot. More
I have owned or leased Ford vehicles for the past 10 years. This was my first experience purchasing my lease. I had a payoff price in my contract & expected to pay that price, sales tax and reasonable years. This was my first experience purchasing my lease. I had a payoff price in my contract & expected to pay that price, sales tax and reasonable documentation fees. When I sat down with Frank Pedi he gave me a doc fee of $199 & an "administrative fee" of $749. When I questioned them about this they said it was another doc fee. I said this doesn't make sense. What is this fee? Then they called it a "buyout" fee. I have come to find out that Ford Motor Corp actually sanctions this process of dealerships tacking on a fee to the agreed upon payout price in the contract. I certainly have a problem with Ford Motor Corp as a whole for not abiding by their contracts and telling dealers they can charge more, however, I have called around to several dealerships & found not all of them charge this extra fee, and that the fee varies. Anywhere between $500-$750. How are the dealers & Ford getting away with this? The contract states the buyout price. How dare they add onto the price & not abide by the contract! If you are buying your leased Ford vehicle do some research. Yes, Ford says it is ok to jack-up the price of your vehicle (shame on you Ford Motor Corp) but a reputable dealer won't do that. They will appreciate your business. All-American Ford you lost my business. My kids will be driving soon & I won't buy cars from you. I won't service any on my cars with you. So for $749 you lost thousands of dollars in business. Good move, All American. Oh & if you are a woman stay out of that dealership. They think we are stupid. The mechanics try to jack-up prices on us "unsuspecting" females. More
