We went to the dealer to buy a Ford Edge. I did my research first, so he didn't really have to sell me on the car. Jamie's sales technique was great. Got to see the actual car, color, options etc. When we found one we liked - he got the keys and we went for a test drive. They were very busy on Saturday and were selling a lot of cars. They were backed up. My only complaint would have been, they should have given us an option to leave and come back another day to pick up the car. Waiting around was way too long. Again, I don't fault the dealer for being busy, we should have been given an option. More

The sales team was great. I mostly worked with Kevin Cucura. He was very down to earth no BS. Like every salesman you need to push back and forth to get your price but it was fun and he was not trying Cucura. He was very down to earth no BS.
